<Job responsibilities>
• Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce
costs, and enhance overall performance.
• Manage and coordinate transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to forecast demand, plan inventory levels,
and align logistics operations with business objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and
implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners to
secure favorable terms and pricing.
• Lead and mentor the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to
ensure a high level of productivity and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures
throughout the logistics process.
• Technology adoption, and continuous improvement to streamline logistics operations.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining logistics
performance, challenges, and proposed solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to drive innovation
and competitiveness in logistics operations.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
•พัฒนาและใช้กลยุทธ์โลจิสติกที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพห่วงโซ่อุปทานและลด
ต้นทุนและปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพโดยรวม
• จัดการและประสานงานการขนส่ง คลังสินค้า การควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง และการจัดจำหน่าย
กิจกรรมเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการส่งมอบทันเวลาและถูกต้อง

ดำเนินการแก้ไขเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน
• เจรจาสัญญาและข้อตกลงกับซัพพลายเออร์ ผู้ขนส่ง และพันธมิตรด้านโลจิสติกส์อื่นๆ
รักษาเงื่อนไขและราคาที่ดี
• เป็นผู้นำและให้คำปรึกษาแก่ทีมโลจิสติกส์ ให้คำแนะนำ การฝึกอบรม และผลตอบรับด้านประสิทธิภาพ
รับประกันประสิทธิภาพและการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับสูง
• ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านกฎระเบียบ มาตรฐานความปลอดภัย และมาตรการควบคุมคุณภาพ
ตลอดกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์
• การนำเทคโนโลยีมาใช้และการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์
• จัดทำรายงานและการนำเสนอเป็นประจำสำหรับผู้บริหารระดับสูง โดยสรุปด้านโลจิสติกส์
ประสิทธิภาพ ความท้าทาย และแนวทางแก้ไขที่นำเสนอ
• ติดตามข่าวสารล่าสุดเกี่ยวกับแนวโน้มของอุตสาหกรรม สภาวะตลาด และแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในการขับเคลื่อนนวัตกรรม
และความสามารถในการแข่งขันในการดำเนินงานด้านโลจิสติกส์


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Freight forwarding skills
• Management experience
• At least 3 years in logistics management, with a strong track record of optimizing supply chain operations.
• Good English communication ( with the CEO of Turkey )

• In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in logistics software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
