<Job responsibilities>
- Overall control of Mold Fabrication process such as CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly and report to department Manager
- Set and Achieve Department KPI and Employees’s KPI
- Monitoring and Achieve Production target & Sale target
- Production Meeting & follow up Production progress
- Propose action to improve Quality System
- Improve the Product Quality and Achieve Quality target
- Communication and solve the problem about Quality issue to concern persons
- Manage all subordinate to perform Quality Standard
- Communication with customer for order / sales / delivery / Quality and follow up to maximize customer satisfaction
- Attend the Meeting / conference with customers to settle Quality issue
- Monitoring the document control (Manual, procedure, WI, control plan)
- Monitoring internal audit, Third Party audit, customer audit, Supplier audit
- Supplier control to secure capacity and Quality
- Budget and expense control
- Cost Reduction in Mold department and Cost Negotiation with Supplier
- Follow company policy Meeting and Support activity
- Provide education to improve skill of Engineer & Technician
- Follow up employee about company rules & regulation and Take disciplinary action
- Educate and monitor subordinate to handle 5S, ISO Management

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตแม่พิมพ์โดยรวม เช่น CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, การประกอบ และรายงานต่อผู้จัดการแผนก
- กำหนดและบรรลุ KPI ของแผนกและพนักงาน
- ติดตามและบรรลุเป้าหมายการผลิตและเป้าหมายการขาย
- ประชุมฝ่ายผลิตและติดตามความคืบหน้าของการผลิต
- เสนอการดำเนินการปรับปรุงระบบคุณภาพ
- ปรับปรุงคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และบรรลุเป้าหมายคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านคุณภาพให้กับบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- บริหารจัดการลูกน้องทั้งหมดให้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพ
- สื่อสารกับลูกค้าในการสั่งซื้อ / การขาย / การจัดส่ง / คุณภาพและติดตามผลเพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดให้กับลูกค้า
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมกับลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพ
- ติดตามการควบคุมเอกสาร (คู่มือ, ขั้นตอน, WI, แผนการควบคุม)
- ติดตามการตรวจสอบภายใน, การตรวจสอบบุคคลที่สาม, การตรวจสอบลูกค้า, การตรวจสอบซัพพลายเออร์
- ควบคุมซัพพลายเออร์เพื่อรักษากำลังการผลิตและคุณภาพ
- ควบคุมงบประมาณและค่าใช้จ่าย
- ลดต้นทุนในแผนกแม่พิมพ์และการเจรจาต้นทุนกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของบริษัท กิจกรรมการประชุมและสนับสนุน
- ให้การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของวิศวกรและช่างเทคนิค
- ติดตามพนักงานเกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับของบริษัท และดำเนินการทางวินัย
- ให้ความรู้และติดตามลูกน้องเพื่อจัดการ 5ส, การจัดการ ISO


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 38 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering, Science or any related field
- At least 5 years experience in Mold Fabrication / New Mold Making in Electronic, Plastic Injection, Motor Business
- Experience in CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly
- Team working and Excellent command on verbal and written Communication in English
- Position requires a matured professional with Strong leadership Quality with pleasing personality
- Excellent personal skills
- Ability to communicate in English effectively, both speaking and in writing.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience from electronics manufacturing companies
- Working experience in Japanese company

Workplace Area: Nong-Khae, Saraburi
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday-Saturday (depends on company's calendar))

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน CAD / CAM, CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, Design, Milling, Grinding, Polishing, Fitting, Assembly
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารทั้งพูดและเขียนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดีเยี่ยม
- มีความเป็นมืออาชีพและมีความเป็นผู้นำที่ดีและมีบุคลิกที่น่าพึงพอใจ
- ทักษะส่วนบุคคลที่ยอดเยี่ยม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพทั้งการพูดและการเขียน
