<Job responsibilities>
- Manage overall Accounting operation both Account Payable, Account Receivable
- Key in all Accounting information in company system
- Support for all payments and Issue Invoice / Receipts / billing
- Manage payment
- Documentation PND 50, 51, PP 30
- Taxes, Withholding tax etc,
- Support for closed monthly and annual Account statement.(BS/PL/Cash Flow) by coordinating with Accounting outsource company
- Inbound-outbound stock: Key in and stock management
- Prepare stock control report to Accounting outsource
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการงานบัญชีโดยรวมทั้งบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ บัญชีลูกหนี้
- คีย์ข้อมูลทางบัญชีทั้งหมดในระบบของบริษัท
- รองรับการชำระเงินทั้งหมดและออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน / การเรียกเก็บเงิน
- จัดการการชำระเงิน
- เอกสารประกอบ ภ.ง.ด. 50, 51, ภ.พ.30
- ภาษี, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย ฯลฯ
- รองรับการปิดงบบัญชีรายเดือนและรายปี (BS/PL/Cash Flow) โดยประสานงานกับบริษัทรับทำบัญชีภายนอก
- สต็อกขาเข้า-ขาออก: คีย์เข้าและการจัดการสต็อก
- จัดทำรายงานการควบคุมสต๊อกให้กับฝ่ายบัญชีภายนอก
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- High Vocational, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- More than 3 years of experience in Overall Accounting (both AP and AR)
- Proficient of MS Excel.
- Comfort to work independently and Coordinate with another Accountant in different office for all transactions, gathering and Support to outsourcing company
- Able to Issue Invoice / Receipts / billing
- Experience for report to Revenue Dept.(Ex.PND.1/3/53/50/51/54 PP.30&36), local taxes, vat, withholding tax
<Preferable Skill/Experience>
- Immediately or early join candidate
- Account closing
- Express Accounting system / CRM
- Experienced in trading companies (stock control)
- Holding CPD License
- Internet Banking payment

Language Skill
English level : Basic
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: North Bangna, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri (Saturday Working: as per company calender around 10times/year))

- ปริญญาตรี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวช., อนุปริญญา หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 3 ปีในด้านบัญชีโดยรวม (ทั้ง AP และ AR)
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีการทำงานอย่างอิสระและประสานงานกับนักบัญชีคนอื่นในสำนักงานที่แตกต่างกันสำหรับธุรกรรมทั้งหมด การรวบรวมและการสนับสนุนให้กับบริษัทเอาท์ซอร์ส
- สามารถออกใบแจ้งหนี้ / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน / วางบิลได้
- มีประสบการณ์ในการรายงานตัวต่อกรมสรรพากร (เช่น ภ.ง.ด.1/3/53/50/51/54 ภ.พ.30&36), ภาษีท้องถิ่น, vat, ภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย
