QA Engineer

Job Responsibilities
- Analyse problems from inspection of incoming parts and until product delivery.
- Support participation in product quality planning and document the part approval process before actual production.
- Judge the results of analysis and preliminary corrections from relevant agencies. Analyze the problem and contact and coordinate with the Supplier.
- Preliminary analysis and testing from relevant agencies.
- Develop and improve work systems (reduce costs, reduce time)
- Assess the ability of production processes and products to comply with customer requirements and quality systems.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาตั้งแต่การตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนที่เข้ามาและจนถึงการส่งมอบผลิตภัณฑ์
- สนับสนุนการมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์และจัดทำเอกสารขั้นตอนการอนุมัติชิ้นส่วนก่อนการผลิตจริง
- ตัดสินผลการวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขเบื้องต้นจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและติดต่อประสานงานกับ Supplier
- การวิเคราะห์และทดสอบเบื้องต้นจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงระบบการทำงาน (ลดต้นทุน ลดเวลา)
- ประเมินความสามารถของกระบวนการผลิตและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของลูกค้าและระบบคุณภาพ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-27 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as QA/QC engineer in any manufacturing company.
• Have knowledge of CNC Machining Centre.
• Knowledge of ISO9001, Kaizen, 5S.
• Advance conversational low-middle level of English.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Every other Saturday)
