เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายบัญชี (AR)

<Job responsibilities>
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Coordinate with the Other department to ensure timely and accurate data is available for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Record transaction for related company.
- Prepare and consolidate all tax reports submission to the Revenue Department.
- Reconcile transaction between General ledger and tax reports such as input tax, undue input tax, output tax etc.
- Keep and control the documents about the Withholding tax and VAT received from Other departments and branches.
- Coordinate month-end closing and month-end reports.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- กระทบยอดบัญชีแยกประเภทบัญชีลูกหนี้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการชำระเงินทั้งหมดได้รับการลงบัญชีและผ่านรายการอย่างถูกต้อง
- ประสานงานกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าข้อมูลทันเวลาและถูกต้อง เพื่อจัดทำรายงานรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ และรายเดือน
- บันทึกรายการของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกัน
- จัดทำและรวบรวมรายงานภาษีทั้งหมดที่ยื่นต่อกรมสรรพากร
- กระทบยอดธุรกรรมระหว่างบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไปและรายงานภาษี เช่น ภาษีซื้อ ภาษีซื้อที่ยังไม่ครบกำหนด ภาษีขาย เป็นต้น
- เก็บและควบคุมเอกสารเกี่ยวกับภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มที่ได้รับจากแผนกและสาขาอื่นๆ
- ประสานงานการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือนและรายงานสิ้นเดือน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 33 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting field
- At least 5 years experience as Account Receivable or Overall Accountant
- Good knowledge in Account receivable
- Good MS Excel
- Ability to Communicate in English.
- Good comunication skills with both report line, subordinates including Other Department.
- Ability to Perform multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Experience in Hire-Purchase, Leasing, Banking, Financial or Insurance company.
- Immediately or early join
- Proficient in Navision Program

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday)

- มีความรู้ด้านบัญชีลูกหนี้เป็นอย่างดี
- MS Excel ดี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีทั้ง report line ลูกน้อง รวมถึงแผนกอื่นๆ
- สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างพร้อมกัน, ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน และตรงต่อเวลาได้
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจเช่าซื้อ ให้เช่า ธนาคาร การเงิน หรือประกันภัย
- เริ่มงานได้ทันทีหรือก่อนเวลา
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม Navision
