<Job responsibilities>
- Set policies and plans, including Production goals. Collaborate with relevant departments to supervise the Production of products in the factory from the receipt of raw materials until the delivery of the product to the department to meet the standards and plan to meet customer needs in terms of quality, cost, quantity, and delivery time.
- Control and supervise the Production of products in the factory according to the standards and plans set out.
- Coordinate with other departments to operate in the same direction and according to the plans and policies that have been laid out.
- Develop and improve Production processes, Production methods and machines used in Production with new technology Continuously for increasing the efficiency of production.
- Control, monitor, and measure KPIs in every department to be consistent with the organization's requirements.
- Other duties and responsibilities As assigned by the supervisor
- Plan Production and use of machines, manpower to be consistent with production.
- Control, supervise, and Monitor the performance of various agencies.
- Other tasks As assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- กำหนดนโยบายและแผนรวมทั้งเป้าหมายการผลิต ทำงานร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกำกับดูแลการผลิตสินค้าในโรงงานตั้งแต่การรับวัตถุดิบจนถึงการส่งมอบสินค้าให้กับแผนกให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและวางแผนเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าทั้งในด้านคุณภาพ ต้นทุน ปริมาณ และระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบ
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลการผลิตสินค้าในโรงงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานและแผนงานที่กำหนด
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ เพื่อดำเนินงานไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน และเป็นไปตามแผนและนโยบายที่ได้วางไว้
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต วิธีการผลิต และเครื่องจักรที่ใช้ในการผลิตด้วยเทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิต
- ควบคุม ติดตาม และวัดผล KPI ในทุกแผนกให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการขององค์กร
- หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
- วางแผนการผลิตและการใช้เครื่องจักร หรือกำลังคนให้สอดคล้องกับการผลิต
- ควบคุม กำกับดูแล และติดตามการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 45 - 51 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- 10 years or more of work experience in the industrial factory field
- Conversational level in Japanese JLPT N2 up
- Have leadership skills and be Able to solve problems
- Work well under pressure and Able to work according to the Production targets set by the company
- Have Good skills in computers and English at a Good level.
- Have Good communication skills and can negotiate and solve Immediate problems well
- Able to work on weekly holidays if there is urgent work.
< Preferable Skills / Experience>
- Working experience with Parts Feeders, Vibrating equipment, Controllers, Semiconductor-related Manufacturing

- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี และสามารถทำงานตามเป้าหมายการผลิตที่บริษัทกำหนดได้
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และภาษาอังกฤษดี
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดีและสามารถเจรจาและแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- สามารถทำงานในวันหยุดประจำสัปดาห์ได้หากมีงานเร่งด่วน
