Merchandiser Domestic (Assistant Manager to Manager Level, Japanese Speaking N2) (50K–65K) (SDG-101035)
ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการถึงระดับผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายสินค้าในประเทศ (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น N2)

<Job responsibilities>
• Responsible for whole process of garment order start from sampling development, mass production until shipment completed.
• Negotiate pricing with factories according to company’s costing targets
• Develop new samples according to R&D/Planning department needs in each season to ensure that it is possible to proceed bulk production according to costing targets, quality standard and in-time sample delivery according to working timeline.
• Coordinate with factories, mills, other relevant suppliers and Head Quarter to ensure that bulk production goes according to plan.
• Solve occurred problems in bulk production.
• Liaise with factories and suppliers at Bangladesh, India, etc.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• รับผิดชอบกระบวนการสั่งตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้าทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่การสุ่มตัวอย่าง การผลิตจำนวนมาก จนกระทั่งจัดส่งเสร็จสิ้น
• เจรจาราคากับโรงงานตามเป้าหมายต้นทุนของบริษัท
• พัฒนาตัวอย่างใหม่ตามความต้องการของแผนก R&D/การวางแผนในแต่ละฤดูกาล เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าสามารถดำเนินการผลิตจำนวนมากตามเป้าหมายการคิดต้นทุน มาตรฐานคุณภาพ และการส่งมอบตัวอย่างทันเวลาตามไทม์ไลน์การทำงาน
• ประสานงานกับโรงงาน ซัพพลายเออร์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสำนักงานใหญ่เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการผลิตจำนวนมากเป็นไปตามแผน
• แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการผลิตจำนวนมาก
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับโรงงานและซัพพลายเออร์ที่บังคลาเทศ อินเดีย ฯลฯ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 38 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・3+ years of working experiences as Merchandiser, Interpreter, Domestic or Overseas Sales Coordinator, Domestic or Overseas Sales Representative or any related experiences
・Good command of written and spoken in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
・Good command in English (with TOEIC certificate at least 700)
・Able to travel overseas when required (Vietnam, Bangladesh, India etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Experience in oversea sale coordinator, oversea sale representative, merchandiser (garment & textile), interpreter in garment factory (Manufacturing) would be advantage

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Surasak
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday [Able to select flexible working hour from 8.30 to 10.00 am, WIO])

・มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 3 ปีขึ้นไปในตำแหน่งผู้ขายสินค้า ล่าม ผู้ประสานงานการขายในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศ ตัวแทนขายในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศ หรือประสบการณ์อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
・สามารถเขียนและพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (JLPT N2 ขึ้นไป)
・มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี (TOEIC อย่างน้อย 700 คะแนน)
・สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้เมื่อจำเป็น (เวียดนาม บังคลาเทศ อินเดีย ฯลฯ)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・มีประสบการณ์ในการประสานงานการขายในต่างประเทศ ตัวแทนขายในต่างประเทศ พนักงานขายสินค้า (เสื้อผ้าและสิ่งทอ) ล่ามในโรงงานตัดเย็บเสื้อผ้า (การผลิต) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
