QC Staff (Precision Part Dept.)

Job Responsibilities
・Control and manage the progress of sorting and inspection
・Coordinate about plan and actual inspection with planning section
・Coordinate about quality which involve production section
・Solving all quality problem and analysis and take the Corrective Action.
・Monitoring and follow up NG in process
・Checking operations and documents to comply with working
・Executing, controlling, and following up work to achieve KPIs as assigned.
・Other duties as assigned.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
・ควบคุมและจัดการความคืบหน้าในการคัดแยกและการตรวจสอบ
・ประสานงานเกี่ยวกับแผนและการตรวจสอบจริงกับส่วนการวางแผน
・ประสานงานด้านคุณภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับส่วนการผลิต
・แก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพและการวิเคราะห์ทั้งหมด และดำเนินการแก้ไข
・ติดตามและติดตาม NG ในกระบวนการ
・ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติงานและเอกสารให้สอดคล้องกับการทำงาน
・ดำเนินการ ควบคุม และติดตามงานเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
・หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Mechanical Engineer or related field.
• At least 1 year working experience as QC, Quality position in Automotive manufacture.
• Have Subordinates.
• Able to read drawing 2D, 3D and solid work
• Able to read and understand GD & T
• Can use small tool measuring equipment and understanding concept of Measuring Instrument (surface roughness, Roundness tester, Contour tester, CNC)
• Knowledgeable in Quality tools (CPK, Gr&r,7 QC Tools,8D report 5 whys etc.)
• Knowledgeable ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, etc.
• Conversation middle level in English.
• Ability to use MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• Able to use Microscope is preferred

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 25-35 ปี

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาอุตสาหกรรม วิศวกรเครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในด้าน QC ตำแหน่งด้านคุณภาพในการผลิตยานยนต์
• มีลูกน้องภายใต้สายงาน.
• สามารถอ่านแบบ 2D, 3D และงานทึบได้
• สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจ GD&T
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดขนาดเล็กและทำความเข้าใจแนวคิดของเครื่องมือวัดได้ (ความหยาบผิว, เครื่องทดสอบความกลม, เครื่องทดสอบรูปร่าง, CNC)
• มีความรู้ในเครื่องมือด้านคุณภาพ (CPK, Gr&r,7 QC Tools,8D report 5 whys เป็นต้น)
• มีความรู้ ISO9001, IATF16949, APQP, PPAP ฯลฯ
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• สามารถใช้ MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
• สามารถใช้กล้องจุลทรรศน์ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
