New Model Engineer

Job Responsibilities
・Creating and implementing Work Instructions for production (implementing = training new work instructions to production staff)
・Design of jigs, fixtures, test stations
・Design and improvement of production processes
・Change management (Track and implement ECN’s (Engineering Change Notice))
・Process and follow-up technical quality issues from customer feedback/complaints (RMA process)
・Contact, coordinate, negotiate with relevant departments, customers, suppliers and makers in order to achieve the work according to the specified plan.
・Issuing and maintaining user manuals
・Technical support for customers in cooperation with global sales

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
・สร้างและการนำ Work Instructions ไปใช้ในการผลิต (การนำไปปฏิบัติ = ฝึกอบรมคำแนะนำการทำงานใหม่ให้กับพนักงานฝ่ายผลิต)
・ออกแบบจิ๊ก ฟิกซ์เจอร์ สถานีทดสอบ
・ออกแบบและปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
・จัดการการเปลี่ยนแปลง (ติดตามและใช้งาน ECN (ประกาศการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรม))
・ดำเนินการและติดตามปัญหาคุณภาพทางเทคนิคจากคำติชม/ข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า (กระบวนการ RMA)
・ติดต่อ ประสานงาน เจรจากับหน่วยงาน ลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ และผู้ผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้งานบรรลุผลตามแผนที่กำหนด
・ออกและการบำรุงรักษาคู่มือผู้ใช้
・สนับสนุนทางเทคนิคสำหรับลูกค้าโดยความร่วมมือกับการขายทั่วโลก

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Design Engineer, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience as a new model engineer in automotive manufacturing.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D design.
• Good Knowledge of Press Die (single, progressive, and related design.)
• Can use small tool measurement and Grinding machine as well.
• Strong planning management, good solving problem, strong Leadership skills and Enthusiastic and wide-vision.
• Advance conversation low-middle in English
• Work experience in new model in tire manufacturing will be advantage
• Can work under pressure and can start working immediately will be advantage.

Workplace Area: Amata city Rayong Industrial Estate
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Fri, Sat: Depend on company schedule)

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 25-35 ปี
• ปริญญาตรี
• ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรออกแบบ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในฐานะวิศวกรรุ่นใหม่ในการผลิตยานยนต์
• ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการออกแบบ AutoCAD 2D และ 3D
• มีความรู้ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับแม่พิมพ์อัด (การออกแบบเดี่ยว แบบก้าวหน้า และที่เกี่ยวข้อง)
• สามารถใช้เครื่องมือวัดขนาดเล็กและเครื่องเจียรได้เช่นกัน
• สามารถจัดการการวางแผนที่แข็งแกร่ง แก้ปัญหาที่ดี ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำที่แข็งแกร่ง และมีความกระตือรือร้นและมีวิสัยทัศน์กว้างไกล
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในการผลิตยางรถยนต์รุ่นใหม่จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันและสามารถเริ่มทำงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
