<Job responsibilities>
- Reviewing, Creating, and revising ISO documents (Manual, Procedure, WI, etc.) by periodic cooperation with departments.
- Train the employees to understand of ISO system and give them for consultation on the ISO system for complete operation.
- Planning for ISO internal audit, ISO management review, KPI monitoring, and related activities to promote systems.
- Coordination with a certified body for scheduling the external audit.
- Planning and following the plan for ISO internal auditing at project sites (parallel with PMS internal audit)
- ISO Document control
- Supporting for PMS internal audit / PMS international audit / SEPM audit on behalf of safety officer
- Supporting the senior PMS manager
- Use every opportunity to drive EHS awareness by demonstrating safe behavior, continuous self-development, and education in areas of environmental, health & safety compliance, construction trends, and regulatory developments.
- Perform other work-related tasks as required and assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ตรวจสอบ สร้าง และแก้ไขเอกสาร ISO (คู่มือ ขั้นตอน WI ฯลฯ) โดยความร่วมมือเป็นระยะกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานให้เข้าใจระบบ ISO และให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO เพื่อการปฏิบัติงานที่สมบูรณ์
- การวางแผนการตรวจสอบภายใน ISO การทบทวนการจัดการ ISO การติดตาม KPI และกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อส่งเสริมระบบ
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่ได้รับการรับรองเพื่อกำหนดเวลาการตรวจสอบภายนอก
- การวางแผนและติดตามแผนการตรวจสอบภายในของ ISO ที่ไซต์โครงการ (ควบคู่ไปกับการตรวจสอบภายใน PMS)
- การควบคุมเอกสาร ISO
- สนับสนุนการตรวจสอบภายใน PMS / การตรวจสอบ PMS ระหว่างประเทศ / การตรวจสอบ SEPM ในนามของเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัย
- สนับสนุนผู้จัดการอาวุโส PMS
- ขับเคลื่อนความตระหนักรู้ด้าน EHS โดยแสดงให้เห็นถึงพฤติกรรมที่ปลอดภัย การพัฒนาตนเองอย่างต่อเนื่อง และการศึกษาในด้านการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพและความปลอดภัย แนวโน้มการก่อสร้าง และการพัฒนาด้านกฎระเบียบ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานตามความจำเป็นและได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of science or engineering in Occupational Health and Safety, Environment, or related field (Can register to be a safety officer of a company)
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- Be responsible for ISO internal lead auditor, ISO internal audit Planning, ISO management review, KPI analysis, and assessment of ISO systems
- At least 2 years of experience as a safety officer in the construction field
- Having knowledge of legal compliance about occupational health and safety, and the environment
- Computer literacy especially in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), along with any presentation programs
- Able to Train/audit in abroad or online Training from the international division
- Good Command of English both speaking and writing (for Communicate with report line and auditor)
<Preferable skill/experience>
- Experience in an international company would Be an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and work on multiple projects within deadlines
- Good research/analysis skill
- Good communication skills

Working Hour: 7:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday (Work on site in Bangkok until August 2024 then move to another site))

- วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปในสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย สิ่งแวดล้อม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (สามารถขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยของบริษัทได้)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในด้าน ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001
- รับผิดชอบผู้ตรวจสอบหัวหน้าภายใน ISO, การวางแผนการตรวจสอบภายใน ISO, การทบทวนการจัดการ ISO, การวิเคราะห์ KPI และการประเมินระบบ ISO
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่ความปลอดภัยในสาขาการก่อสร้าง
- มีความรู้ด้านการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายเกี่ยวกับอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัย และสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์โดยเฉพาะใน MS office (Word, Excel และ Outlook) รวมถึงโปรแกรมการนำเสนอใด ๆ
- สามารถ Train/audit ในต่างประเทศ หรือ Online Training จากฝ่ายต่างประเทศได้
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีทั้งการพูดและการเขียน (สำหรับการสื่อสารกับสายรายงานและผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี)

- มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทต่างประเทศจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
