<Job responsibilities>
• Support and maintain smooth operation of existing Hire purchase and related system.
• Accept and check request from users related to application system and modification of the database inside.
• Assist and support development of new system, new function or modification of existing system. Summarize user requirements for program modification. Prepare and conduct SIT, UAT with users.
• Support creating user manual and provide user training regrade system application.
• Data provision based on user request and suggest for any improvement of the data provided. Provide effective analytical data for business improvement or strategy planning according to instruction from supervisor.
• Collaborate with vendor regard application system development or change request.
• Examine, analyst existing IT systems and business models, identify requirements map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems.
• Programming small application system based on user requirement by Visual Studio tools or Java.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• สนับสนุนและรักษาการดำเนินงานที่ราบรื่นของระบบเช่าซื้อและระบบที่เกี่ยวข้องในปัจจุบัน
• ยอมรับและตรวจสอบคำขอจากผู้ใช้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบแอปพลิเคชันและการแก้ไขฐานข้อมูลภายใน
• ช่วยเหลือและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาระบบใหม่ ฟังก์ชั่นใหม่ หรือการปรับเปลี่ยนระบบที่มีอยู่ สรุปความต้องการของผู้ใช้ในการดัดแปลงโปรแกรม จัดทำและดำเนินการ SIT, UAT ร่วมกับผู้ใช้งาน
• สนับสนุนการสร้างคู่มือผู้ใช้และจัดให้มีแอปพลิเคชันระบบ Regrade การฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้
• การจัดเตรียมข้อมูลตามคำขอของผู้ใช้และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการปรับปรุงข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ ให้ข้อมูลการวิเคราะห์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อการปรับปรุงธุรกิจหรือการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ตามคำแนะนำจากหัวหน้างาน
• ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จำหน่ายเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาระบบแอปพลิเคชันหรือคำขอเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ระบบไอทีและโมเดลธุรกิจที่มีอยู่ ระบุแผนที่ความต้องการและอินเทอร์เฟซเอกสารระหว่างระบบเดิมและระบบใหม่
• การเขียนโปรแกรมระบบแอปพลิเคชันขนาดเล็กตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้โดยเครื่องมือ Visual Studio หรือ Java



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology or IT related fields.
• 3 years' experience or more in Apply Hire purchase, leasing or any Finance Application system.
• Programming skill: Visual Studio and Java
• System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Basic knowledge related to IT Security, IT Device and peripheral.
• Good Communication both Thai and English (to communicate with Japanese Manager)
<In detail >
• Good knowledge in Database management system, Microsoft SQL command.
• Good team player, service mind and coordination.
• Advanced Excel skill, intermediate in Word & PPT and knowledge in other MS program.
• Quick Learning and Eager to learn new technology with proactively learn by him/herself.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
• 2 years' experience up in the area of system Quality Assurance, UAT, Test script or any test case management software is a plus.
• Experience in Financial or Leasing company
• TOEIC 450 above preferred

• มีประสบการณ์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในระบบสมัครเช่าซื้อ ลีสซิ่ง หรือระบบสมัครสินเชื่อใดๆ
• ทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรม: Visual Studio และ Java
• วงจรชีวิตการพัฒนาระบบ (SDLC)
• ความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยด้านไอที อุปกรณ์ไอที และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง
• สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่น)

• มีความรู้ด้านระบบการจัดการฐานข้อมูล, คำสั่ง Microsoft SQL เป็นอย่างดี
• ทำงานเป็นทีมดี มีใจบริการ และการประสานงาน
