<Job responsibilities>
- Participates in identifying, analyzing, and documenting solution requirements from client's business perspective.
- Conducts comprehensive client interviews to Research, analyze, and produce accurate and thorough project documentation and deliverable.
- Lead backlog grooming or requirement gathering sessions and product demonstrations.
- Define current and future operational scenarios (processes models, use cases, plans and solutions) and work with the business user and IT team to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.
- Analyze and provide design, solution or specification suited for clients. for example, design business/system flow Ul functionality/behavior and wireframe.
- Demonstrates A solid understanding of products, business processes, and development life cycle.
- Researches and collects material information required for analysis of issues and assists in the facilitation of resolutions.
- Develop Test cases and Test scenarios to covered all the identified requirements.
- Create requirement Traceability Matrix to Monitor and Track completeness of the end products.
- Work Closely with development teams, and partner from Other countries to clarify. Validate, break down and prioritize requirements and issues.
- Be able to work independently on large size or complex projects/solutions and provide guidance to more junior team members.

- เป็นผู้นำในการดูแล Backlog หรือการรวบรวมความต้องการและการสาธิตผลิตภัณฑ์
- กำหนดสถานการณ์การดำเนินงานในปัจจุบันและอนาคต (โมเดลกระบวนการ กรณีใช้งาน แผนงาน และโซลูชัน) และทำงานร่วมกับผู้ใช้ทางธุรกิจและทีมไอทีเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการแปลข้อกำหนดทางธุรกิจไปเป็นข้อกำหนดโซลูชันไอทีอย่างเหมาะสม
- วิเคราะห์และจัดเตรียมการออกแบบ โซลูชัน หรือข้อกำหนดที่เหมาะสมกับลูกค้า ตัวอย่างเช่น การออกแบบธุรกิจ/การไหลของระบบ ฟังก์ชั่น/พฤติกรรมของ Ul และโครงร่าง
- แสดงให้เห็นถึงความเข้าใจที่มั่นคงเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ กระบวนการทางธุรกิจ และวงจรชีวิตการพัฒนา

- ทำงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมพัฒนา และพันธมิตรจากประเทศอื่น ๆ เพื่อชี้แจง ตรวจสอบ แจกแจง และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของข้อกำหนดและประเด็นต่างๆ
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระในโครงการ/โซลูชันขนาดใหญ่หรือซับซ้อน และให้คำแนะนำแก่สมาชิกในทีมรุ่นน้องได้มากขึ้น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’ Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information System, Information Technology or related field
- 6 year of experiences in Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Developers in IT Solutions/Software for various kind of customers
- Experiences working with vendors/Clients side
- Basic command in English
<Preferable Skills / Experience>
- Experience of dealing with Government
- knowledge in banking products e.g. CRM, data warehouse, Fraud, credit Monitoring, Loan as well as programming skill

- ประสบการณ์ 6 ปีใน Business Analyst, System Analyst หรือ Developers ด้าน IT Solutions/Software สำหรับลูกค้าประเภทต่างๆ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานกับผู้ขาย/ฝั่งลูกค้า
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ

- มีประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับภาครัฐ
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ด้านการธนาคาร เช่น CRM, คลังข้อมูล, การฉ้อโกง, การตรวจสอบเครดิต, สินเชื่อ รวมถึงทักษะการเขียนโปรแกรม
