<Job responsibilities>
- Performing monthly, Accounting closing accurately and timely.
- Liaising and provide document with external auditors.
- Manage and Supervise the daily operations of the Account Payable (AP) such as payment to supplier.
- Review Account reconcile before closing monthly report.
- Solving problem and give advice to subordinates
- Analysis Account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Journal entries and transactions related month end closing.
- Manage schdule for all filing deadlines and Assist to close all month end transaction.
- Communicate with external audit for financial information to complete half year and year end audit report.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดำเนินการประจำเดือน ปิดบัญชี อย่างถูกต้องและทันเวลา
- ติดต่อประสานงานและจัดทำเอกสารกับผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอก
- จัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานประจำวันของบัญชีเจ้าหนี้ (AP) เช่น การจ่ายเงินให้กับซัพพลายเออร์
- ตรวจสอบการกระทบยอดบัญชีก่อนปิดรายงานประจำเดือน
- แก้ไขปัญหาและให้คำแนะนำลูกน้อง
- วิเคราะห์การกระทบยอดบัญชี ทำให้มั่นใจในความถูกต้องและการส่งมอบทันเวลา
- รายการบันทึกประจำวันและธุรกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน
- จัดการกำหนดการสำหรับกำหนดเวลายื่นเอกสารทั้งหมดและช่วยเหลือในการปิดธุรกรรมสิ้นเดือนทั้งหมด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับฝ่ายตรวจสอบภายนอกเพื่อขอข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อจัดทำรายงานการตรวจสอบครึ่งปีและสิ้นปี


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Experience 10 years experience in Overall Accounting (focus on AP), AP in Any Industry
- Strong management Experience with subordinates (manager or Assistant manager level)
- Experience of Accounting closing, closing financial statement
- Good command of MS Excel
- Good command of communication English writing and speaking
- Active, diligent, patient, work hard, be careful in detail with great analysis skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good command of SAP
- Holding CPD, CPA license

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: BTS Ploen Chit
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Friday, WIO 100%)

- มีประสบการณ์ 10 ปีในด้านบัญชีโดยรวม (เน้น AP), AP ในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- ประสบการณ์การบริหารจัดการที่ดีกับลูกน้อง (ระดับผู้จัดการหรือผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการปิดบัญชี ปิดงบการเงิน
- สามารถใช้ MS Excel ได้ดี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารการเขียนและการพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- กระตือรือร้น ขยัน อดทน ทำงานหนัก มีความละเอียดรอบคอบพร้อมทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

- มีใบอนุญาต CPD, CPA
