Junior Sales (Automotive Parts) (23K–25K) (SDG-102511)
เจ้าหน้าที่จูเนียร์ฝ่ายขาย (ชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Take care of both existing and new clients (Existing:80%, New:20%)
- Market trend research (OEM new vehicles, EV, price, and Competitor information)
- Prepare and support Sales budget, Sales plan and monitoring
- Budgeting tracking and controlling all Sales project costs. Understands and applies financial concepts.
- Prepare RFQ(request for quotation), Sales, and forecast information
- Quotation making, Proceed quotation approval process (internal meeting)
- Attend supplier meeting and Visit Korat factory sometime
- Other duties as assigned
**Have to visit client and factory in Korat 1 time per month
**Visit client site 1-2 times per month, other meetings will be online meeting
**WIO 1 day per week / Other days WFH and go to client site directly by using a company car with driver
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลลูกค้าทั้งปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่ (ที่มีอยู่:80%, ใหม่:20%)
- การวิจัยแนวโน้มตลาด (รถยนต์ใหม่ OEM, EV, ราคาและข้อมูลคู่แข่ง)
- จัดทำและสนับสนุนงบประมาณการขาย แผนการขาย และการติดตามผล
- ติดตามงบประมาณและควบคุมต้นทุนโครงการขายทั้งหมด เข้าใจและใช้แนวคิดทางการเงิน
- จัดเตรียม RFQ (ขอใบเสนอราคา) ข้อมูลการขาย และการคาดการณ์
- การทำใบเสนอราคา, ดำเนินการอนุมัติใบเสนอราคา (ประชุมภายใน)
- เข้าร่วมการประชุมซัพพลายเออร์และเข้าพบโรงงานโคราชบางครั้ง
- หน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
**ต้องไปพบลูกค้าและโรงงานที่โคราชเดือนละ 1 ครั้ง
**เดินทางไปไซต์งานลูกค้าเดือนละ 1-2 ครั้ง การประชุมอื่นๆ จะเป็นการประชุมออนไลน์
**WIO 1 วันต่อสัปดาห์ / วันอื่น WFH และไปที่ไซต์งานลูกค้าโดยตรงโดยใช้รถบริษัทพร้อมคนขับ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 28 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 1-2 years experience as sales in manufacturing or trading company
・Conversational high level of English (Communicate with the manager, conduct the presentation)
・Presentation skills
・Powerpoint/Excel skill
・Person who can work on things patiently
・Person who can work hard in difficult situations
<Preferable skills>
・Experience in the automotive industry
・Experience in sales of Automotive parts to OEM maker
・Working experience in Japanese company
・Conversational middle level of Japanese
