<Job responsibilities>
- Develop E-commerce and digital marketing strategy, define key KPIs, and get consensus with client
- Guide and train our local entity’s team (Thailand/Philippines/Vietnam/Indonesia/Malaysia) members to deliver high-quality proposals and services
**About once a month, there will be a business trip to the above-mentioned countries.
In that case, we will stay there for a week.
- Gain insights from digital tools and databases, and direct our entity’s team members for better proposals and reporting to the client based on the insights
- Develop and manage relationships with clients
- Organize and Lead the discussions with clients in meetings
- Provide consultations to digital marketing team members in our ASEAN entities regarding E-commerce and digital marketing solutions for client
- Research the industry on an ongoing basis to know what changes may be on the horizon that will impact current and future strategies of E-commerce and digital marketing
- Other tasks as assigned

- ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมสมาชิกทีมงานท้องถิ่น (ไทย/ฟิลิปปินส์/เวียดนาม/อินโดนีเซีย/มาเลเซีย) เพื่อส่งมอบข้อเสนอและบริการคุณภาพสูง
**ประมาณเดือนละครั้งจะมีการเดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในประเทศที่กล่าวข้างต้น
ในกรณีนี้จะอยู่ที่นั่นหนึ่งสัปดาห์
- รับข้อมูลเชิงลึกจากเครื่องมือดิจิทัลและฐานข้อมูล และสั่งการสมาชิกในทีมขององค์กรของเราเพื่อรับข้อเสนอที่ดีขึ้นและการรายงานให้กับลูกค้าตามข้อมูลเชิงลึก
- พัฒนาและจัดการความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้า
- จัดระเบียบและเป็นผู้นำการสนทนากับลูกค้าในการประชุม
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่สมาชิกทีมการตลาดดิจิทัลในหน่วยงานอาเซียนของเราเกี่ยวกับโซลูชันอีคอมเมิร์ซและการตลาดดิจิทัลสำหรับลูกค้า
- วิจัยอุตสาหกรรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อทราบว่าการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดที่อาจเกิดขึ้นในอนาคตซึ่งจะส่งผลกระทบต่อกลยุทธ์ในปัจจุบันและอนาคตของอีคอมเมิร์ซและการตลาดดิจิทัล

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Bachelor’s degree in any field
・At least 7 years of work experience in a digital marketing agency or digital marketing division of a B2C/B2B company
・Experience in performance marketing (Not branding marketing)
・At least 5 years of team leadership experience
・More than conversational high level of English
・Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEO, CDP, and CRM
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Conversational level of Japanese
