Sr. Quality Engineer (Lean Master)

Job Responsibilities
- Train employees and prepare training materials for
• Orientation ML - Continual Improvement part
• Problem-solving tools and techniques
• Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) Green belt and Black belt
- Coach other employees; focus on Lean- Six sigma projects.
- Coordinate with other business units/departments on improvement activities.
- Originate/update procedure, work instruction and Form for CI section.
- Promote quality and improvement activities in Fabrinet.
- Assist in providing budget forecasts for CI activities.
- Prepare/report CI performance to management and customers.

- ฝึกอบรมพนักงานและจัดเตรียมเอกสารการฝึกอบรมสำหรับ
• Orientation ML - ส่วนการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• เครื่องมือและเทคนิคในการแก้ปัญหา
• Lean-Six Sigma (LSS) เข็มขัดสีเขียวและเข็มขัดสีดำ
- ฝึกสอนพนักงานคนอื่น ๆ มุ่งเน้นไปที่โครงการ Lean-Six sigma
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยธุรกิจ/แผนกอื่น ๆ ในกิจกรรมการปรับปรุง
- สร้าง/อัปเดตขั้นตอน คำแนะนำการทำงาน และแบบฟอร์มสำหรับส่วน CI
- ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมด้านคุณภาพและการปรับปรุงใน Fabrinet
- ช่วยในการคาดการณ์งบประมาณสำหรับกิจกรรม CI
- จัดทำ/รายงานผลการปฏิบัติงาน CI แก่ฝ่ายบริหารและลูกค้า


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or Science or related field.
• At least 6 years of work experience in Electronics manufacturing.
• Strong experience in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Advance conversation middle - high level in English
• Good technical, systematic problem solving and data analysis, communication, and coaching skill.
• Have management skill.
• Experienced with optics, optical components or telecommunication area would be advantage.
