Operation Manager

Job Responsibilities
- Lead to daily progress analyze action to achieve plan.
- Lead a problem solving team to find out the root cause and corrective action caused by logistic process failure.
- Lead to improve warehouse operation and process efficiently.
- Manage and control warehouse operation through motivation ,mention and coaching.
- Manage physical logistics team to effectiveness in the key tasks of department KPI.
- Manage the activities in physical logistics to regularly perform.
- Manage logistic process are fulfil the requirement of safety regulation ISO 9001 , ISO14001.
- Ensure the work standard are taken seriously on operations site.
- Plan and all of the employees competence, upgrade Knowledge.
- Other tasks as assigned.

ความรับผิดชอบต่อหน้าที่
- นำไปสู่การดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ความคืบหน้ารายวันเพื่อให้บรรลุแผน
- นำทีมแก้ไขปัญหาเพื่อค้นหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริงและการดำเนินการแก้ไขที่เกิดจากความล้มเหลวของกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์
- นำไปสู่การปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าและกระบวนการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าผ่านการจูงใจ การกล่าวถึง และการฝึกสอน
- บริหารจัดการทีมโลจิสติกส์ทางกายภาพให้มีประสิทธิภาพในงานหลักของ KPI ของแผนก
- บริหารจัดการกิจกรรมด้านโลจิสติกส์ทางกายภาพให้ดำเนินการอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- บริหารจัดการกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านความปลอดภัย ISO 9001 , ISO14001
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามาตรฐานการทำงานได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างจริงจังในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
- วางแผนและความสามารถของพนักงานทุกคน ยกระดับความรู้
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 45-50 years
• Male
• Bachelor's degree in Logistic or related field
• Has working experience at least 10 years about Warehouse in any manufacturing industry.
• Has management experience at least 5 years as Warehouse Assistant Manager or higher
• Has working experience about WMS and Inventory control, Safety / Quality / Cost / Delivery.
• Conversational middle level of English or have TOEIC more than 450
• Able to use MS Office.
• Has driving license is preferred

Workplace Area: Eastern Seaboard IE
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon-Fri, Sat working: 3-4 days per year)

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
• อายุ 45-50 ปี

• ปริญญาตรี สาขาโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้าในอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตใดๆ อย่างน้อย 10 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการคลังสินค้าหรือสูงกว่า
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ WMS และการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง ความปลอดภัย / คุณภาพ / ต้นทุน / การจัดส่ง
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา หรือมี TOEIC มากกว่า 450 คะแนน
• สามารถใช้ MS Office ได้
• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถยนต์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
