<Job responsibilities>
- Control sample analysis of raw materials, processed products, finished products, process water, and wastewater. Develop standards according to the protocol, including quality data analysis.
- Check and summarize the quality reports of raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare document following by ISO 2015:9001 ISO 2015:14001 ISO 2018:45001
- Participate in proposing suggestions for factory quality issues.
- Guidelines for controlling nonconforming products (NC) and correcting and preventing duplication.
- Check the certificate of results (COA) and approve before sending the product to the customer.
- If the main equipment or equipment in the laboratory is damaged technical personnel or relevant departments should Be notified immediately for correction.
- Coordinate with relevant departments on the quality of products and raw materials.
- Manage and improve the quality of the staff in the department to adapt to the work.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ควบคุมการวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างของวัตถุดิบ ผลิตภัณฑ์แปรรูป ผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป น้ำที่ใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต และน้ำเสีย พัฒนามาตรฐานตามระเบียบการรวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคุณภาพ
- ตรวจสอบและสรุปรายงานคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูป
- จัดทำเอกสาร ตามด้วย ISO 2015:9001 ISO 2015:14001 ISO 2018:45001
- มีส่วนร่วมในการเสนอข้อเสนอแนะเกี่ยวกับปัญหาคุณภาพโรงงาน
- แนวทางการควบคุมผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด (NC) และการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
- ตรวจสอบใบรับรองผล (COA) และอนุมัติก่อนส่งสินค้าให้กับลูกค้า
- หากอุปกรณ์หลักหรืออุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการเสียหายบุคลากรด้านเทคนิคหรือหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องควรแจ้งแก้ไขทันที
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในเรื่องคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และวัตถุดิบ
- บริหารจัดการและปรับปรุงคุณภาพของพนักงานในแผนกให้ปรับตัวเข้ากับงาน


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 27 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in chemical.
- Having 2 -3 years experience in Chemist Quality Control
- Analytical instruments can be used in chemical laboratories ''Gas Chromatograph (GC) ''
- Having basic skills for working in the laboratory, such as Titration, PPM
- Have certificate of results (COA)
- Experience in water treatment test ( HP -CL)
