Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Monitoring the working performance of subordinate follow working standard in QC&QA section
• Re check / confirm quality problem from subordinate which can't decide by themselves then the summary monthly report
• Contact to supplier, concern section, customer about product quality or any activity and customer claims information
• Prepare document such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP and other
• Prepare data and request special acceptance from customer and discuss about product specification with customer
• Take care instrument calibration that has been use for product quality inspection
• Support for improvement items when customer request, claims and internal improvement activity
• Other related tasks
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาตามมาตรฐานการทำงานในส่วน QC&QA
• ตรวจสอบ / ยืนยันปัญหาคุณภาพจากผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาซึ่งไม่สามารถตัดสินใจได้ด้วยตนเอง จากนั้นจึงจัดทำรายงานสรุปประจำเดือน
• ติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ ส่วนข้อกังวล ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์หรือกิจกรรมใดๆ และข้อมูลการเรียกร้องของลูกค้า
• จัดเตรียมเอกสาร เช่น APQP, FMEA, PPAP และอื่นๆ
• จัดเตรียมข้อมูลและขอการยอมรับเป็นพิเศษจากลูกค้า และหารือเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติผลิตภัณฑ์กับลูกค้า
• ดูแลการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการตรวจสอบคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์
• สนับสนุนสำหรับการปรับปรุงรายการเมื่อลูกค้าร้องขอ การเรียกร้อง และกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงภายใน
• งานอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer only.
• At least 5 years up working experience in Quality Assurance in any manufacturing company.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet.
• Advanced conversation low - middle of English.
• Knowledge of ISO system, ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO14001, ISO13485.
