เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขายและการตลาด (ฝ่ายขายโรงงาน)

<Job responsibilities>
[Individual sales activity aspect]
- Arraging business trip schedule to customer
- Visiter customer (inside / outside) Bangkok for hearing customer's demands, explanation, and discussion (basically it is often that 2 more members go together than going alone) with making reports
- Considering strategy for how to aprroach each customer to provide our product
- Making documents for explanation and proposal to customer [Marketing aspect]

- Watching Thailand renewable energy market (especially for biomass, waste to energy) and reporting in English.
- Finding new demand of potential market / customers.
- Communication with Governmental person to gather information.
- Updating existing & potential customer list
- Planning and preparing of participation in exhibition event for promotion (once per year).
[Taking care of existing project after getting order]
- Making documents for project implementation
- Import & export related documentation and Communication with customer, etc.. under collaborating with Other departments

- จัดตารางการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจให้กับลูกค้า
- เข้าพบลูกค้า (ภายใน / ภายนอก) กรุงเทพฯ เพื่อรับฟังความต้องการของลูกค้า คำอธิบาย และการอภิปราย (โดยพื้นฐานแล้วสมาชิกมักจะไปพร้อมกันมากกว่า 2 คน) พร้อมจัดทำรายงาน
- พิจารณากลยุทธ์ในการเข้าถึงลูกค้าแต่ละรายเพื่อจัดหาผลิตภัณฑ์
- จัดทำเอกสารเพื่อชี้แจงและเสนอต่อลูกค้า [ด้านการตลาด]

- ชมตลาดพลังงานทดแทนของประเทศไทย (โดยเฉพาะชีวมวล ขยะเป็นพลังงาน) และรายงานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
- ค้นหาความต้องการใหม่ของตลาด / ลูกค้าที่มีศักยภาพ
- สื่อสารกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐเพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล
- อัปเดตรายชื่อลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย
- การวางแผนและจัดเตรียมการเข้าร่วมงานนิทรรศการเพื่อส่งเสริม (ปีละ 1 ครั้ง)

-จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการดำเนินโครงการ
- เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำเข้าและส่งออกและการสื่อสารกับลูกค้า ฯลฯ ภายใต้ความร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่น ๆ


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Engineering or any related fields
- 3 years work experience in engineering, machine company for B to B market,.
- 3 years of work experience in a financial, consulting company for the B to B market.
- 3 years of work experience in a Japanese company.
- Intermediate level or more in English
- Have Driving license
- Able to use Microsoft office (especially Word, excel, and PowerPoint)
- Understanding the basics of e-mail (Outlook), and cloud storage (one drive)
- Polite and respect seniority (to customer).
- Having a service mind
- Willing to listen to customers' voices intensively and think about how to support the customer. - Work under teamwork
- Having mind/intention of partnership with stakeholders -
- Willing to grow in the renewable energy market including business, power plant-related
- Can have business trips by car (driving) and flight -Can adjust wearing clothes up to the situation ((suit style, etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Machine Engineering fields
- Japanese language skill
- Understanding renewable energy (market, policy, etc.)

Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Mon-Fri [SAT: not required, depends on project])

- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปีในด้านวิศวกรรม บริษัทเครื่องจักรสำหรับตลาด B to B
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน 3 ปีในบริษัทที่ปรึกษาทางการเงินสำหรับตลาด B to B
- ประสบการณ์ 3 ปีในบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้ (โดยเฉพาะ Word, Excel และ PowerPoint)
- ทำความเข้าใจพื้นฐานของอีเมล (Outlook) และที่เก็บข้อมูลบนคลาวด์ (ไดรฟ์เดียว)
- สุภาพและเคารพความอาวุโส (ต่อลูกค้า)
- มีใจรักการบริการ
- ยินดีรับฟังเสียงของลูกค้าอย่างเข้มข้นและคิดจะสนับสนุนลูกค้าอย่างไร - ทำงานภายใต้การทำงานเป็นทีม
