Work details
We are looking for a Digital Marketing firm to develop and manage innovative digital marketing strategies for our recruitment firm. Using CRM, Social Media and messaging campaigns., this person will attract new candidates and customers.
Responsibility:
• Create and manage marketing strategy and content for social media presence
• Manage email, SMS and social media marketing campaigns
• Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns
• Enhance functionalities of the CRM, social media and messaging systems
• Create add-on functions in the systems
• Recommend new marketing SaaS or application packages and lead implement
Qualification:
• Fluent English skills required
• Japanese desired
• 5+ year experience in social media and digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience managing SEO, marketing database, email, social media
• Strong CRM system experience ( Zoho or SFDC) is preferred
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Proficient skill in SNS (Social Networking Site) such as FB, Twitter, Line, LinkedIn, etc.
• Start-up experience preferred
