<Job responsibilities>
- Prepare and consolidate weekly and monthly reports for regional meetings.
- Act as a main contact point with HQ (in Japan), regional offices & personnel.
- Plan & Coordinate (company in Singapore) related meetings locally and internationally.
- Assist with all MISAP (company in Singapore) related documentation & filing.
- Provide secretary support to Japanese ex-pats
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- จัดทำและรวบรวมรายงานรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือนสำหรับการประชุมระดับภูมิภาค
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นจุดติดต่อหลักกับสำนักงานใหญ่ (ในญี่ปุ่น) สำนักงานภูมิภาค และบุคลากร
- วางแผนและประสานงาน (บริษัทในสิงคโปร์) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประชุมทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ
- ช่วยเหลือด้านเอกสารและการยื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ MISAP (บริษัทในสิงคโปร์) ทั้งหมด
- ให้การสนับสนุนเลขานุการแก่ชาวญี่ปุ่น
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Have 3-4 years with direct Secretarial in a Japanese company
- Good command in English (translation and Documents)
- Good command of Japanese (N1-N2) (Communication with Japanese Management and documents)
- Good computer skills in Microsoft office (Word, Excel), and Adobe.
- Good computer skills, knowing SAP system will be advantage.
- Good team player and be Able to work independently and proactively
- Hard-working and willing to learn
- Good communication and negotiation skills

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational
Workplace Area: BTS Chong Nonsi
Working Hour: 8:30-17:00(Monday - Friday, WIO 100 % )
