Product Specialist (Purchase, Interior/Furniture) (40K–60K) (SDG-104092)
ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ (จัดซื้อ ตกแต่งภายใน/เฟอร์นิเจอร์)
<Job responsibilities>
- Search and select the suppliers and products
- Communicate with suppliers about the products and understand the detailed specifications
- Negotiate with suppliers about the price, schedule or amount
- Visit client site with sales staff for presentation If necessary
- Update and brush up the company catalog or price lists
- Analyze the sales/profit data of the products and understand the market trend
- Communicate with Purchase department about the cost/profit
- Communicate with Product Design department about the new OEM products
- Solve the issue related installation with operation team
- Give Training about the products to the sales staff
- Prepare necessary documents for Training, internal meeting or sales activity
- Manage the accessories related to products such as adhesive, caulking material or sewing etc.
- Report to Manager about Product analysis monthly/quarterly /annually
- Other tasks as assigned
<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ค้นหาและเลือกซัพพลายเออร์และผลิตภัณฑ์
- สื่อสารกับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และทำความเข้าใจข้อกำหนดโดยละเอียด
- เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์เกี่ยวกับราคา กำหนดการ หรือจำนวน
- เข้าพบไซต์ลูกค้าพร้อมกับพนักงานขายเพื่อนำเสนอหากจำเป็น
- อัปเดตและจัดทำแค็ตตาล็อกบริษัทหรือรายการราคา
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลยอดขาย/กำไรของผลิตภัณฑ์และทำความเข้าใจแนวโน้มของตลาด
- สื่อสารกับแผนกจัดซื้อเกี่ยวกับต้นทุน/กำไร
- สื่อสารกับแผนกออกแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ OEM ใหม่
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้งกับทีมงานปฏิบัติการ
- อบรมเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์ให้กับพนักงานขาย
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็นสำหรับการฝึกอบรม การประชุมภายใน หรือกิจกรรมการขาย
- จัดการอุปกรณ์เสริมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ เช่น กาว วัสดุอุดรอยรั่ว หรือการเย็บ เป็นต้น
- รายงานต่อผู้จัดการเกี่ยวกับการวิเคราะห์ผลิตภัณฑ์รายเดือน/รายไตรมาส/รายปี
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・At least 5 years experience as purchase or buyer in interior or furniture industry
・Conversational high level English (To communicate with suppliers and other brunches staff)
・Experience in Japanese or MNC company
・Ability to manage progress accurately and logically
