Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle for customer claim problems
• Summarize and analyze about customer claim for improve management
• Make and prepare for 8D report to customer
• Coordinate with customer related products problems claim
• Prepare of documentation for internal customer claim meeting
• Lead of customer claim meeting and maintenance to other department
• Report to Japanese manager in English

• จัดการปัญหาการเคลมของลูกค้า
• สรุปและวิเคราะห์ข้อเรียกร้องของลูกค้าเพื่อปรับปรุงการจัดการ
• จัดทำและจัดเตรียมรายงาน 8D ให้กับลูกค้า
• ประสานงานกับการเคลมปัญหาสินค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับลูกค้า
• จัดทำเอกสารประกอบการประชุมเรียกร้องค่าสินไหมทดแทนภายในลูกค้า
• หัวหน้าฝ่ายประชุมเรื่องเคลมลูกค้าและบำรุงรักษาให้กับแผนกอื่นๆ
• รายงานต่อผู้จัดการชาวญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 28-45 years
• Any gender
• Diploma or Higher.
• At least 3 years of working experience as quality assurance for electronic parts in electronic company
• Conversational Low to middle level in English
• Not job hopper (At least 3 years working experience in same company)
• Have working experience at PCBA company is more advantage
• Can join immediately
