Sales Assistant Manager (JP Speaker)(60K – 80K) (SDG-104503)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• OEM Sales (Motorcycle, Automotive)
• Domestic OEM customer management
• Customer event follow-up for the launch of new models for existing customers（motorcycle and automobile manufacturers）
• various planning proposals for ML acquisition, VAVE proposals, etc.
• RM sales (Motorcycle)
• Forecasting and order management for existing customers in Thailand, planning strategies for sales expansion,
• new product market research, customer event support, etc.
• Industrial machinery chain sales (OEM)
• *As the business has only been in operation for a few years, there are still few new OEM customers.
• Therefore, it is a sales field that requires new customer development and market entry.
• Developing new customers, following up on customer events for launching new models, and acquiring ML.
• New customer acquisition
• Cultivation of new customers for process parts as Tier 2, customer proposals, product development, etc.
• Other general management
• Sales planning / Sales Amount management
• Budget management
• Accounts receivable collection
• Other tasks assigned

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ขาย OEM (รถจักรยานยนต์, ยานยนต์)
• บริหารจัดการลูกค้า OEM ในประเทศ
• ติดตามผลลูกค้าเพื่อเปิดตัวรถยนต์รุ่นใหม่สำหรับลูกค้าปัจจุบัน (ผู้ผลิตรถจักรยานยนต์และรถยนต์)
• ข้อเสนอการวางแผนต่างๆ สำหรับการซื้อ ML ข้อเสนอ VAVE ฯลฯ
• ขาย RM (รถจักรยานยนต์)
• คาดการณ์และการจัดการคำสั่งซื้อสำหรับลูกค้าปัจจุบันในประเทศไทย การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ในการขยายยอดขาย
• วิจัยตลาดผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมลูกค้า ฯลฯ
• จำหน่ายโซ่เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม (OEM)
• *เนื่องจากธุรกิจเพิ่งเปิดดำเนินการมาได้ไม่กี่ปี ลูกค้า OEM รายใหม่ยังมีไม่มาก
• ดังนั้นจึงเป็นสาขาการขายที่ต้องพัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่และเข้าสู่ตลาด
• พัฒนาลูกค้าใหม่ ติดตามกิจกรรมของลูกค้าเพื่อเปิดตัวโมเดลใหม่ และการเข้าซื้อ ML
• หาลูกค้าใหม่
• ปลูกฝังลูกค้าใหม่สำหรับชิ้นส่วนกระบวนการในระดับ Tier 2 ข้อเสนอของลูกค้า การพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ฯลฯ
• จัดการทั่วไปอื่นๆ
• วางแผนการขาย / การจัดการยอดขาย
• จัดการงบประมาณ
• เก็บเงินลูกหนี้
• งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male
• Bachelor's degree in any related fields
• At least 3 years experience of Sales or automobile engineering
• At least 1 years experience of Management
• Conversational high to Business-level Japanese (up to N3)
• Conversational middle to high-level English (TOEIC score around 600)
• Can drive (Using company car and self-drive for Sales activities)
• Experience of Sales in 2W/4W automobiles is preferable

Workplace Area: Rayong (Siam Eastern Industrial Park)
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon - Fri, Sat: Once a month *7 times per year)

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
• ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับสนทนาสูง (JLPT N3)
• ภาษาอังกฤษสนทนา (คะแนน TOEIC ประมาณ 600)
• สามารถขับรถได้ (ใช้รถบริษัทและขับเองเพื่อกิจกรรมการขาย)
• มีประสบการณ์การขายรถยนต์ 2W/4W จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
