QC Assistant Manager(45K – 60K) (SDG-104477)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Manage labor control and volume of job assignments for each staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
• Report quality problems to management and procedure of quality concern.
• Inspect procedure until products meet quality standards and specifications are attained.
• Conduct audit and Quality risk analysis at the production site.
• Contact with the client and report to the parent company.
• Manage documents and report which is needed to submit to the client.
• Trouble shooting by analysis and making countermeasures to reduce monthly & daily problems.
• Perform other tasks assigned.
• Keep KPI targets and analyzes the problem to achieve KPI.

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• บริหารจัดการการควบคุมแรงงานและปริมาณการมอบหมายงานของพนักงานแต่ละคน
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานอื่นเพื่อให้มั่นใจในคุณภาพ
• รายงานปัญหาคุณภาพต่อฝ่ายบริหารและขั้นตอนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคุณภาพ
• ตรวจสอบขั้นตอนจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและข้อกำหนด
• ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยงด้านคุณภาพที่ไซต์การผลิต
• ติดต่อลูกค้าและรายงานต่อบริษัทแม่
• จัดการเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นในการส่งให้กับลูกค้า
• การแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และมาตรการรับมือเพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
• ปฏิบัติงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• เก็บเป้าหมาย KPI และวิเคราะห์ปัญหาเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 33-43 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, process or industrial) fields.
• Have working experience at around 5 years of QC in manufacturing fields.
• At least 2 years of management experience as QC in the manufacturing industry.
• Have knowledge about ISO9001/ ISO14001.
• Have knowledge of 5W1H, 8D, PSW, PPAP, APQP, FMEA report.
• Advance conversation middle level in English
