<Job responsibilities>
- Manage resources in production department to achieve company goals.
- Maintain quality level
- Address and rectify Any quantity issues in production processes.
- Ensure the efficient and performance of production processes meet the targets.
- Ensure that production system complies with IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO9001 systems.
- Lead and collaborate the production team. working with other section within a team environment.
- Ensure that all production employees comply with company regulations and labor laws.
- Educate employee regarding working instructions, skill improvement and other necessary knowledge.
*Area of responsibility: Automotive, Office Automation, Power Supply and Plastic Injection Process and Assembly process.
- Implement measures and enchance workplace safety.
- Implement cost saving project within production and other sections within a team environment.
- Ensure that all resources are prepared for medium and long term objectives.
- Other tasks as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรในฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายของบริษัท
- รักษาระดับคุณภาพ
- จัดการและแก้ไขปัญหาด้านปริมาณในกระบวนการผลิต
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ากระบวนการผลิตมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าระบบการผลิตเป็นไปตามระบบ IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 และ ISO9001
- เป็นผู้นำและประสานงานกับทีมผู้ผลิต การทำงานร่วมกับส่วนอื่นๆ ภายในสภาพแวดล้อมของทีม
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานฝ่ายผลิตทุกคนปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับของบริษัทและกฎหมายแรงงาน
- ให้ความรู้แก่พนักงานเกี่ยวกับคำแนะนำในการทำงาน การพัฒนาทักษะ และความรู้ที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ
*พื้นที่รับผิดชอบ: ยานยนต์, ระบบอัตโนมัติในสำนักงาน, พาวเวอร์ซัพพลาย และกระบวนการฉีดพลาสติก และกระบวนการประกอบ
- ดำเนินมาตรการและเสริมสร้างความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
- ดำเนินโครงการประหยัดต้นทุนภายในการผลิตและส่วนอื่นๆ ภายในสภาพแวดล้อมของทีม
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าทรัพยากรทั้งหมดได้รับการจัดเตรียมสำหรับวัตถุประสงค์ระยะกลางและระยะยาว
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 42 - 48 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years experience in Production control as manager level
(*Product should be electrical or mechanical products)
- Conversational high level of English (TOEIC 550 up)
- Experience in preparing the production plan (production capacity, lead time, man-hours, etc.)
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
- Can join immediately or short period of notice
- Experience in Assembly and Molding processes

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Uthai, Ayutthaya
Working Hour: 8:00-17:15(Mon-Fri)

- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (TOEIC 550 ขึ้นไป)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดทำแผนการผลิต (กำลังการผลิต, ระยะเวลาในการผลิต, ชั่วโมงการทำงาน ฯลฯ)
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- สามารถเข้าร่วมได้ทันทีหรือแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าสั้นๆ
- มีประสบการณ์ในกระบวนการประกอบและขึ้นรูป
