เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่าย HR (พนักงานสัมพันธ์, กฎหมายแรงงาน)

<Job responsibilities>
- Changing for the better of company working culture.
- Raise up the employee performance and mind set (self and others realization)
- Coordinate and Be the good middle person for employees
- Initiates and create for Co-Creation Culture in the organization
- Promote and Improve the internal communication between Manager and team members to Be more efficient, enhance sharpen decision making, also reinforce for the great solution for problem solving etc.
- Promote on time attendance, on time working plan and also in each working process
- Company rules and regulation restrictiveness
- Create and manage company outing and other activities.
- Assist the company for Labour law issue such as documentation, forms, agreements, company regulation and penalty.
- Visit related agency outside for related work.
- Manage on employee working report email.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- การเปลี่ยนแปลงเพื่อวัฒนธรรมการทำงานของบริษัทที่ดีขึ้น
- ยกระดับการปฏิบัติงานและกรอบความคิดของพนักงาน (การตระหนักรู้ในตนเองและผู้อื่น)
- ประสานงานและเป็นคนกลางที่ดีให้กับพนักงาน
- ริเริ่มและสร้างสรรค์วัฒนธรรม Co-Creation ในองค์กร
- ส่งเสริมและปรับปรุงการสื่อสารภายในระหว่างผู้จัดการและสมาชิกในทีมให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพิ่มความเฉียบคมในการตัดสินใจ อีกทั้งยังเสริมสร้างแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาที่ยอดเยี่ยม เป็นต้น
- ส่งเสริมการเข้าร่วมประชุมตรงเวลา แผนการทำงานตรงเวลา และในแต่ละขั้นตอนการทำงาน
- กฎระเบียบของบริษัทและข้อจำกัดด้านกฎระเบียบ
- สร้างและจัดการการออกนอกบ้านของบริษัทและกิจกรรมอื่น ๆ
- ช่วยเหลือบริษัทในเรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน เช่น เอกสาร แบบฟอร์ม ข้อตกลง ระเบียบบริษัท และบทลงโทษ
- เข้าพบหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องภายนอกเพื่อทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดการอีเมลรายงานการทำงานของพนักงาน
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 28 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years experience in HR Employee Relations, HROD, HRBP roles
- Experience in organization development, Creating a good employee relations and engagement, including positive company culture.
- Proficient in Labour law
- Good command in English (internal use, Email, documentation)
- Computer literacy: MS office

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Early/ immediately join candidate
- Graduates from Human Resource or related fields
- Experience in Tigersoft

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : None

Workplace Area: Mueang, Samut Prakan
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday-Friday*WIO 100%)

- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (การใช้งานภายใน, อีเมล, เอกสารประกอบ)
- ความรู้คอมพิวเตอร์: MS office
