ที่ปรึกษาประชาสัมพันธ์และการตลาด (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น/ยินดีต้อนรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่)

<Job responsibilities>
You will be in charge of existing Client mainly.
*Existing clients 80% and new clients 20% (Depends on situation)
*For new client, you need to search potential client by yourself
・Have online meeting with existing Japanese client in Japan and introduce company service
・Business trip to Japan to propose company service directly and hear CL needs*After you used to job duties
・Have face to face meeting with existing Japanese Client in Thailand
・Be responsible for Account Management such as following up client marketing situation regually, provide professional advices to improve effectiveness of marketing strategty (After you get used to the mechanism of the industry)
・Prepare quotation
・Manage project with other team like SNS marketing, Online advertisement, event appeal, etc.
・Other tasks as assigned by Japanese management

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
รับผิดชอบลูกค้าปัจจุบันเป็นหลัก
*ลูกค้าปัจจุบัน 80% และลูกค้าใหม่ 20% (ขึ้นอยู่กับสถานการณ์)
*สำหรับลูกค้าใหม่ ต้องค้นหาผู้มีโอกาสเป็นลูกค้าด้วยตัวเอง
・ประชุมออนไลน์กับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นที่มีอยู่ในญี่ปุ่นและแนะนำบริการของบริษัท
・เดินทางไปทำธุรกิจที่ญี่ปุ่นเพื่อเสนอบริการของบริษัทโดยตรงและรับฟังความต้องการของลูกค้า*หลังจากที่เคยปฏิบัติหน้าที่
・พบปะแบบเห็นหน้ากับลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่นที่มีอยู่ในประเทศไทย
・รับผิดชอบในการจัดการบัญชี เช่น ติดตามสถานการณ์การตลาดของลูกค้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ให้คำแนะนำอย่างมืออาชีพเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิผลของกลยุทธ์การตลาด (หลังจากที่คุณคุ้นเคยกับกลไกของอุตสาหกรรมแล้ว)
・จัดทำใบเสนอราคา
・จัดการโครงการร่วมกับทีมอื่น เช่น การตลาด SNS โฆษณาออนไลน์ การอุทธรณ์กิจกรรม ฯลฯ
・งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่น


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 22 - 29 years old
- Bachelor's degree
・Master or Bachelor’s degree in any field
・At least 2 years sales or consulting experiences in any industry
・Fresh graduates are welcomed
・Business level of Japanese (N2 UP)
・Conversational middle level of English (For internal communication mainly)
・Personality : Cheerful, Active, good team player and fast learner.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Over 2 years experiences for Marketing agency (Media/Advertisement/PR/Digital Marketing).
・Working experience at venture company
・Study or Work in Japan
・Master or Bachelor’s degree in Liberal arts, public relations, advertising, digital communication, marketing or related field.

Language Skill
English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Business Level

Workplace Area: BTS Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:30-18:30(Monday - Friday)

・มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายหรือให้คำปรึกษาอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในอุตสาหกรรมใดๆ
・ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่
・ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจ (N2 ขึ้นไป)
・ภาษาอังกฤษระดับกลาง (สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในเป็นหลัก)
・บุคลิกภาพ : ร่าเริง กระตือรือร้น เล่นเป็นทีมได้ดี เรียนรู้เร็ว
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
・มีประสบการณ์มากกว่า 2 ปีสำหรับเอเจนซี่การตลาด (สื่อ/โฆษณา/ประชาสัมพันธ์/การตลาดดิจิทัล)
・มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในบริษัทร่วมทุน
・มีประสบการณ์เรียนหรือทำงานในญี่ปุ่น
・ปริญญาโทหรือปริญญาตรีในสาขาศิลปศาสตร์ การประชาสัมพันธ์ การโฆษณา การสื่อสารดิจิทัล การตลาด หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
