<Job responsibilities>
- Manage quality control/quality assurance work of raw material, work in Process, Finish Good Products, Water in Process, and Waste Water, comply with Standard Methods and Reliability including qualitative analysis and recommendations for improvement continuously.
- Conduct analysis and conclusion of quality information by using statistical techniques.
- Leadership and participation in solving quality problems at the plant. Manage the entire QC team.
- Control all nonconformance reports and corrective action.
- Manage customer complaints including analyses of the causes and recommending quality control to customers.
- Planning and Quality Control meet customer’s requirements.
- Maintain competency for all resources (man, machine, method, etc) that concern QC/QA to achieve Standard or above.
- Coordinate with the customers about quality problems.
- Implement quality control system according to ISO 9001 and support other systems.
- Execute ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 and PSM.
- Reports to the stakeholders regarding the performance of quality management.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- บริหารจัดการงานควบคุมคุณภาพ/ประกันคุณภาพวัตถุดิบ งานในกระบวนการผลิต Finish Good Products น้ำในกระบวนการผลิต และน้ำเสีย ให้ปฏิบัติตามวิธีมาตรฐานและความน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพและคำแนะนำในการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์และสรุปข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพโดยใช้เทคนิคทางสถิติ
- ความเป็นผู้นำและการมีส่วนร่วมในการแก้ไขปัญหาคุณภาพที่โรงงาน บริหารจัดการทีมงาน QC ทั้งหมด
- ควบคุมรายงานความไม่สอดคล้องทั้งหมดและการดำเนินการแก้ไข
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้ารวมถึงการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและแนะนำการควบคุมคุณภาพให้กับลูกค้า
- การวางแผนและการควบคุมคุณภาพตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- รักษาความสามารถของทรัพยากรทั้งหมด (คน เครื่องจักร วิธีการ ฯลฯ) ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ QC/QA เพื่อให้บรรลุมาตรฐานหรือสูงกว่า
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับปัญหาด้านคุณภาพ
- วางระบบการควบคุมคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 และสนับสนุนระบบอื่นๆ
- ดำเนินการ ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 และ PSM
- รายงานต่อผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียเกี่ยวกับผลการปฏิบัติงานของการจัดการคุณภาพ



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree of Science, major in chemistry.
- Having minimum experience of 5 years as QC Manager or senior chemist in QC department or above, in Chemical laboratory and Quality Management
- Excellent English Speaking and writing skills. (Use for document and communicate with report line)
- Prior Experience as a quality Manager in a Chemical production processing environment.
- Knowing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and PSM
- Able to Use Laboratory tools and Conduct quality testing.
- Microsoft office literacy efficiency.
- Great team player with Strong interpersonal skills.

- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่าย QC หรือนักเคมีอาวุโสในแผนก QC ขึ้นไป ในห้องปฏิบัติการเคมีและการจัดการคุณภาพ
- ทักษะการพูดและการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษดีเยี่ยม (ใช้สำหรับเอกสารและสื่อสารกับสายรายงาน)
- ประสบการณ์ก่อนหน้าในฐานะผู้จัดการคุณภาพในสภาพแวดล้อมการประมวลผลการผลิตสารเคมี
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 และ PSM
- สามารถใช้เครื่องมือในห้องปฏิบัติการและดำเนินการทดสอบคุณภาพได้
- ประสิทธิภาพการรู้หนังสือของ Microsoft office
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมดีพร้อมทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลที่ดี
