<Job responsibilities>
- Execute the assigned service jobs According to the service jobs execution procedure. the assignable service jobs can be commissioning, field service/repair, calibration, training or workshop repair.
- Handle any other jobs or responsibilities which may be additionally assigned by the superior.
- Provide telephone technical Support for customers as required.
- Participate service training and get certified as required by process management.
- Learn and update technical knowledge regularly so that they Have up to date knowledge on the products.
- Being exposed to the customer, they Have a high Responsibility by representing company brand values which are Sustainability organization, Friendliness appearance, Commitment people and Excellence products.
- Responsible to keep and maintain all the provided company cars, tools and personal safety equipment’s.
- Visit client and on site by company car no driver (BKK and southern area) and able to stay overnight.
- Their assignment to a service job is done by the service Coordinator in collaboration with the service Manager or Assistant service Manager and themselves.

- เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมการบริการและรับการรับรองตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารกระบวนการกำหนด
- เรียนรู้และอัปเดตความรู้ด้านเทคนิคอย่างสม่ำเสมอเพื่อให้มีความรู้ที่ทันสมัยเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduated Bachelor's or Master's Engineering of Instrumentation, Control & Instrumentation and related field
- Work experience at least 2 years(up) in Instrumentation / Control instrumentation, Automation
- knowledge Instrument engineering focus Liquid & Analysis.
- Good command in verbal and written in English (international company)
- Have good computer knowledge on hardware in General and software on OS, Networking, MS office, etc.
- Good technical knowledge skills.
- Have a good understanding of general process operations (e.g. recognize limitations of technologies, recognize competitive limitations, and recognize potential problems at a customer’s plant).
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with customers.
- Able to travel and stay over night

- มีความรู้ด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ดีเกี่ยวกับฮาร์ดแวร์ทั่วไปและซอฟต์แวร์เกี่ยวกับ OS, Networking, MS office ฯลฯ
- มีทักษะความรู้ด้านเทคนิคที่ดี
- มีความเข้าใจที่ดีเกี่ยวกับการดำเนินงานของกระบวนการทั่วไป (เช่น ตระหนักถึงข้อจำกัดของเทคโนโลยี ตระหนักถึงข้อจำกัดทางการแข่งขัน และตระหนักถึงปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นที่โรงงานของลูกค้า)
