<Job responsibilities>
Promote activity to customers:
- Visit customers as much as possible to collect customer’s needs or requests to support and respond to them.
- Make suggestions to solve or improve customer’s problems or productivity by using company Products.
- Demonstrate new product information to customers with demo units.
- Make a report of customer information to a company in Japan.
Operate marketing key-event activities:
- Cooperate and support to company’s marketing events and activities.
Support foreign staff:
- Translate product presentations or documents to contribute to customers or other departments
- Support Japanese staff from Japan.
Self-Development in the understanding of Factory Automation System Technology:
- Must learn FA products continuously (not only by company’s official training)
- Research and think what will be the suitable solution for the customer’s needs.


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมให้กับลูกค้า:
- พบลูกค้าให้มากที่สุดเพื่อรวบรวมความต้องการของลูกค้าหรือคำขอเพื่อสนับสนุนและตอบสนอง
- ให้คำแนะนำในการแก้ไขหรือปรับปรุงปัญหาหรือผลผลิตของลูกค้าโดยใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ของบริษัท
- สาธิตข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่แก่ลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลลูกค้าให้กับบริษัทในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
ดำเนินกิจกรรมการตลาดที่สำคัญ:
- ให้ความร่วมมือและสนับสนุนกิจกรรมทางการตลาดและกิจกรรมต่างๆ ของบริษัท
สนับสนุนพนักงานต่างชาติ:
- แปลการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์หรือเอกสารเพื่อสนับสนุนลูกค้าหรือแผนกอื่นๆ
- สนับสนุนพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่นจากประเทศญี่ปุ่น
การพัฒนาตนเองในความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยีระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงาน:
- ต้องเรียนรู้ผลิตภัณฑ์ FA อย่างต่อเนื่อง (ไม่ใช่เฉพาะจากการฝึกอบรมอย่างเป็นทางการของบริษัทเท่านั้น)
- ค้นคว้าและคิดว่าอะไรจะเป็นโซลูชั่นที่เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของลูกค้า


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s degree in any field related.
- 3 years or above and have experience in Business Development and Sales.
- Understanding of factory Automation system Technology.
- Good command of Japanese N2 up and English
- Has driving license. ( company cars provided )
- Good personality and outgoing with Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Must be Able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
- Mature, reliable personality and appears to have leadership and entrepreneurship.
- Demonstrate the commitment and ability to follow the code of conduct and the company’s core competencies.
- Good skills of computer (MS office, word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Japanese level : Conversational
