Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Plan the department activities, budget, and master plan which specific SMART KPI.
• Oversee big machines, robot, utility, and facility of the manufacturing.
• Plan and maintain predictive & preventive maintenance all machines, robot, and other utility & facility
• Ensure all machines are optimize utilized to smoothly support the production.
• Ensure all spare parts are adequate and keep in place and ready to use in time.

• วางแผนกิจกรรมของแผนก, งบประมาณ และแผนแม่บท SMART KPI เฉพาะเจาะจง
• ดูแลเครื่องจักรขนาดใหญ่ หุ่นยนต์ สาธารณูปโภค และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในการผลิต
• วางแผนและบำรุงรักษา เครื่องจักร หุ่นยนต์ และสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ทั้งหมดในเชิงการคาดการณ์และป้องกัน
• ตรวจสอบเครื่องจักรทั้งหมดว่าได้รับการปรับให้เหมาะสมเพื่อรองรับการผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น
• ตรวจสอบอะไหล่ทั้งหมดว่ามีเพียงพอและเก็บรักษาให้อยู่กับที่ และพร้อมใช้งานทันเวลา
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-43 years
• Male only
• Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical from well-known university
• More than 12 years in maintenance functions in any industry.
• Have management skill to control subordinate 5 year as Assistant to Manager level.
• Experience to oversee big machines / robots / including utility & facility maintenance. With the minimize number of team member.
• Experience for predictive maintenance, legislation related to maintenance functions
• Advance conversation middle-high in English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making, people management skills
• Experience to oversee big 50 machines / robots over than 30 robots / including utility & facility maintenance with the minimize number of team member is preferable.
• Hold certificate or licenses in maintenance or facility management are a plus.

• มีประสบการณ์ในการบำรุงรักษาเชิงคาดการณ์ กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบำรุงรักษา
• ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
• มีทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการตัดสินใจที่ชัดเจนแน่วแน่ และทักษะการบริหารจัดการบุคลากร
• มีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลเครื่องจักร/หุ่นยนต์ขนาดใหญ่ 50 ตัว/หุ่นยนต์มากกว่า 30 ตัว/รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาสาธารณูปโภคและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกโดยมีจำนวนสมาชิกในทีมน้อยที่สุดจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ถือใบรับรองหรือใบอนุญาตในการบำรุงรักษาหรือการจัดการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
