เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (ภาษาญี่ปุ่น N3 ขึ้นไป)

<Job responsibilities>
• Order special products in a timely manner with the lowest cost
• Coordinate vendor activity and negotiation
• Issue purchase or Purchase mate riders and changes
• Confirm and follow up on a delivery schedule with vendors
• Verify the accuracy of purchasing records
• Maintain accurate purchase order prices and vendor cataloging
• Evaluate existing and potential suppliers; recommend and implement changes in suppliers
• Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget
• Other duties/responsibilities as assigned

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
• สั่งซื้อสินค้าพิเศษได้ทันเวลาด้วยต้นทุนที่ต่ำที่สุด
• ประสานงานกิจกรรมของผู้ขายและการเจรจาต่อรอง
• ออกการซื้อหรือซื้อคู่หูและการเปลี่ยนแปลง
• ยืนยันและติดตามกำหนดการส่งมอบกับผู้ขาย
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของบันทึกการจัดซื้อ
• รักษาราคาใบสั่งซื้อที่ถูกต้องและรายการผู้ขาย
• ประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีอยู่และที่มีศักยภาพ; แนะนำและดำเนินการเปลี่ยนแปลงซัพพลายเออร์
• ช่วยเหลือในการจัดทำและบริหารจัดการงบประมาณของแผนก
• หน้าที่/ความรับผิดชอบอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 35 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1-year work experience in the Purchasing field
• Proficient in communication and negotiation skills
• Japanese language level N3 and above
• Good command of English [ Use for documents, email, and communication with suppliers/report line ]
• Knowledge and expertise in industrial procurement and contracting, both domestically and internationally.

• Maintain proficiency in computerized purchasing/business systems; Microsoft Office, SAP, Kintone
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
• Having experience in procuring electrical or electronic equipment
• International procurement experience
• Having Import experience

English level : Conversational
Japanese level : Conversational

Workplace Area: BTS Bang Na
Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(- Monday-Friday ( WIO 100%)
