<Job responsibilities>
- Monitor and follow up on production activities to meet production planning targets and implement strategies to optimize production output and efficiency.
- Conduct regular activities such as morning talks, Kaizen, and 5S responsibilities to inform and engage subordinates and foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to established standards.
- Participate in daily and Weekly meetings with the team and relevant departments to provide updates and address concerns.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to identify and resolve productivity-related problems and implement effective solutions to enhance overall productivity.
- Manage manpower allocation based on production requirements and fluctuations in demand.
- Advise and guide leaders and subordinates to ensure compliance with company rules and standards.
- Analyze and consolidate reliability data from different processes.
- Utilize engineering techniques to correlate data for in-depth analysis.
- Participate in the design and installation stages for new and modified processes and machinery.
- Work closely with Other departments to Perform analyses, including Machine Utilization and overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and costs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement solutions to repetitive failures and operational problems.
- Buy off engineering solutions to repetitive failures and Other operational problems and solve issues related to capacity, quality, cost, safety, and regulatory compliance.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>

- ใช้เทคนิคทางวิศวกรรมเพื่อเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก
- มีส่วนร่วมในขั้นตอนการออกแบบและติดตั้งสำหรับกระบวนการและเครื่องจักรใหม่และที่มีการดัดแปลง

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 27 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related.)
- 3-8 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Able to communicate in English (Monthly meeting with Branch company)
- Computer literacy (Excel as Pivot, V-look up), Power BI
- Understanding of production processes, machinery, and manufacturing principles.
- Ability to identify and solve problems related to production processes and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing production demands.
- knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Able to work 6 days (Monday to Saturday) and night shift.
- Team management Experiences
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Assembly process/ Assembly engineer
- knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and Manage multiple responsibilities.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Saturday, Work as shift week by week > day shift 8.00 - 17.00 + OT until 20.00/ night shift 21.00 - 8.00 (include OT) )
