<Job responsibilities>
- Drive Improvement in OEE and Utilize data analysis skills, including SQL code, DAX, MCODE, and Power Query, to identify areas for Improvement in OEE.
- Educate and train others on basic Lean tools and problem-solving methodologies.
- Work with tools like Macro and SQL to ensure alignment and synchronization between manual and automated systems.
- Boost the adoption of Lean culture throughout the organization.
- Oversee the Kaizen process, reviewing and approving proposed improvements.
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and projects.
- Employ project management skills to guide teams through the Improvement process and achieve measurable results.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ขับเคลื่อนการปรับปรุงใน OEE และใช้ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล รวมถึงโค้ด SQL, DAX, MCODE และ Power Query เพื่อระบุพื้นที่สำหรับการปรับปรุงใน OEE
- ให้ความรู้และฝึกอบรมผู้อื่นเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือพื้นฐานของลีนและวิธีการแก้ปัญหา
- ทำงานร่วมกับเครื่องมือเช่น Macro และ SQL เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการจัดตำแหน่งและการซิงโครไนซ์ระหว่างระบบแบบแมนนวลและระบบอัตโนมัติ

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 25 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Computer science, or a related)
- 2-3 years experience in Lean function or manufacturing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including SQL, DAX, MCODE, and Power Query.
- Good command of spoken and written English (์Normally Use in daily work at manufacturing and contact with Branch company)
- Familiarity with process improvement tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Strong project management skills and communication skills.
- Ability to provide training on Lean tools and problem-solving techniques.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and Manage multiple responsibilities.
- Lean certification, such as Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt

- มีประสบการณ์ 2-3 ปีในด้านการผลิตแบบ Lean หรือการผลิต
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในเครื่องมือวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลรวมถึง SQL, DAX, MCODE และ Power Query
- สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ปกติใช้ในการทำงานประจำวันที่ฝ่ายผลิตและติดต่อกับบริษัทสาขา)
- ความคุ้นเคยกับเครื่องมือปรับปรุงกระบวนการ เช่น Value Stream Mapping, 5S และ Kaizen
- ทักษะการจัดการโครงการที่ดีและทักษะการสื่อสาร
- ความสามารถในการให้การฝึกอบรมเกี่ยวกับเครื่องมือแบบลีนและเทคนิคการแก้ปัญหา
