เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายสนับสนุนด้านการขาย (JLPT N2-N3)
<Job responsibilities>
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
• Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
• Handling orders and checking the orders have the correct prices, and product numbers.
• Inputting orders (sales and purchase) and invoice issue, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.

• ช่วยทีมขายปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานโดยติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อนัดหมายและดูแลให้ตัวแทนขายทุกคนมีเอกสารสนับสนุนคุณภาพสูงและทันสมัย
• จัดการกับการโทร อีเมล และข้อความเร่งด่วนเมื่อตัวแทนฝ่ายขายไม่ว่าง ตอบคำถามของลูกค้า แจ้งความล่าช้า จัดเตรียมวันจัดส่ง
• การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อและการตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อมีราคาและหมายเลขผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ถูกต้อง
• ป้อนคำสั่งซื้อ (การขายและการซื้อ) และการออกใบแจ้งหนี้ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าได้รับการประมวลผลตามความต้องการของลูกค้า และรับประกันว่าคำสั่งซื้อทั้งหมดถูกต้องและจัดส่งตรงเวลา
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการขาย การสอบถาม และการส่งมอบได้รับการจัดการอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Female , age 25 - 40 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years' experience in Sales coordinator electronics industry
- Japanese (N2-N3 level) or Japanese business level and English (to communicate with Japanese management)
- Experience in Purchasing working
- Experience in equipment, automobile , communication equipment, office automation equipment, consumer equipment, entertainment equipment and others.
- Negotiate skill with suppliers and customers
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in Semiconductor and Electronics parts company
- Experience during with Japanese company

English level : Conversational
