<Job responsibilities>
- Lead projects as assigned and performing conceptual/ detailed Design of the complex projects.
- Carry out review, Analyze and execute complex technical studies and project scopes.
- Develop and review technical specifications, calculations, drawings and standards of equipment and systems (e.g. Single line protection & metering diagram, schematic diagram, grounding system, substation equipment layout, AC/DC one line diagram, UPS siz
- Develop the quotation of Electrical equipment & systems as requested by Other Oversea Sale Companies.
- Perform equipment sizing and selection, including bid evaluation.
- Perform Power system studies e.g. load flow, short circuit, relay setting & coordination study.
- Review the Design basis memorandum, detailed engineering scope and guide the assigned discipline engineers to align the engineering deliverables according to project requirements.
- Site survey for data gathering.
- Witness shop inspection and factory acceptance test (FAT).
- Site supporting engineer during construction, erection, testing & commissioning phase as required.
- Maintain good working relationships with internal groups that support the project.
- Liaise with departments, clients, vendors, subcontractors and third parties.
- Participate in inter-disciplines, project, client and vendor meetings.
- Be responsible for man-hour & schedule monitoring; control & quality of works.

- พัฒนาและทบทวนข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิค การคำนวณ แบบและมาตรฐานของอุปกรณ์และระบบ (เช่น การป้องกันบรรทัดเดียวและแผนภาพการวัดแสง แผนผัง ระบบสายดิน เค้าโครงอุปกรณ์สถานีย่อย แผนภาพบรรทัดเดียว AC/DC ขนาด UPS
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคาอุปกรณ์และระบบไฟฟ้าตามที่บริษัทขายต่างประเทศอื่นร้องขอ
- ดำเนินการขนาดและการเลือกอุปกรณ์รวมถึงการประเมินการเสนอราคา
- ศึกษาระบบไฟฟ้า เช่น การไหลของโหลด การลัดวงจร การตั้งค่ารีเลย์ และการศึกษาการประสานงาน
- ทบทวนบันทึกพื้นฐานการออกแบบ ขอบเขตทางวิศวกรรมโดยละเอียด และแนะนำวิศวกรสาขาที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้จัดการส่งมอบผลงานทางวิศวกรรมตามความต้องการของโครงการ
- การสำรวจสถานที่เพื่อรวบรวมข้อมูล
- การตรวจสอบร้านค้าพยานและการทดสอบการยอมรับของโรงงาน (FAT)
- วิศวกรสนับสนุนไซต์ในระหว่างขั้นตอนการก่อสร้าง การก่อสร้าง การทดสอบและการว่าจ้างตามที่กำหนด

- มีส่วนร่วมในการประชุมระหว่างสาขาวิชา โครงการ ลูกค้า และผู้ขาย
- รับผิดชอบในการติดตามชั่วโมงการทำงานและกำหนดการ; การควบคุมและคุณภาพของงาน



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
- Possess Professional engineering License (Electrical Power) from engineering Council of Thailand.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences for Senior level and 5 years of experience for Junior level, mainly with engineering of modern power system, power system protection and control, transmission & distribution system, substation layouts and bus configuration
- Experience in specifying Substation equipment, such as HV GIS (more than 69kV) with knowledge and experience is mandatory, transformers, circuit breakers/circuit switchers or disconnect switches.
- Experience working with auxiliary Power systems / AC& DC system / grounding / SCADA , etc.
- knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, etc.
- knowledge in industrial codes and standards such as ANSI/IEEE, IEC including knowledge of regulations of Thailand Grid Code.
- Conversational Middle-high in English, both spoken and written skills (to Communicate internal with Japanese)
- Must Be Able to Develop Strong relationships and accounts with clients.
- Leadership capabilities in mentoring and assisting junior-level engineers in project tasks.
- Ability to work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team and independently as required.
- A high level of interpersonal communication skills.
