Senior Accountant (50K–70K) (SDG-104622)
เจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโสฝ่ายบัญชี
<Job responsibilities>
- Handling for AP / AR /TAX GLand payment – verify all transactions both local and overseas.
- Handling for General Ledger – accrual / prepaid / adjustment items and others.
- Ensure that all accounting transactions align with TAX regulations and Company policies.
- Control prepaid expense and accrual expense.
- Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts. (prepaid and accrual)
- Cash flow – update actual by weekly and forecast.
- Reconcile and Confirm Intercompany transactions with HQ every month-end.
- Analyze the variance of expense every month-end.
- Create and control lease assets.
- Issue manual receipts to customers and debit note to Intercompany.
- Handling for provision calculating of spare parts and materials.
- Support Chief accountant for month-end / year-end closing / physical count / annual auditing.
- Coordinate to Auditors / bank / TAX officers.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.

- จัดการการชำระเงิน AP / AR /TAX GLand – ตรวจสอบธุรกรรมทั้งหมดทั้งในและต่างประเทศ
- การจัดการบัญชีแยกประเภททั่วไป – รายการคงค้าง / ชำระล่วงหน้า / รายการปรับปรุงและอื่น ๆ
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าธุรกรรมทางบัญชีทั้งหมดสอดคล้องกับข้อบังคับด้านภาษีและนโยบายของบริษัท
- ควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายเติมเงินและค่าใช้จ่ายคงค้าง
- กระทบยอดบัญชีธนาคารและบัญชีงบดุลทั้งหมด (ชำระล่วงหน้าและคงค้าง)
- กระแสเงินสด - อัปเดตตามจริงรายสัปดาห์และการคาดการณ์
- กระทบยอดและยืนยันธุรกรรมระหว่างบริษัทกับ HQ ทุกสิ้นเดือน
- วิเคราะห์ผลต่างค่าใช้จ่ายทุกสิ้นเดือน
- สร้างและควบคุมสินทรัพย์ให้เช่า
- ออกใบเสร็จรับเงินด้วยตนเองให้กับลูกค้าและใบเดบิตไปยังระหว่างบริษัท
- การจัดการเพื่อจัดเตรียมการคำนวณอะไหล่และวัสดุ
- สนับสนุนหัวหน้าฝ่ายบัญชีในการปิดบัญชีสิ้นเดือน/สิ้นปี/นับจำนวน/ตรวจสอบบัญชีประจำปี
- ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชี / ธนาคาร / เจ้าหน้าที่ภาษี
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 46 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
- Can work at Ladkrabang Industrial Estate.
- At least 5 years of experience in Senior level.
- Proficient In MS Office.
- Good command In English. (Use for document and speaking)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience In SAP will be A plus.
- Has CPD license
- MNC experience

Working Hour: 7:00-16:30( Monday-Thursday 07.00-16.30 and Friday 07.00-16.00 onsite 100%)
