<Job responsibilities>
1. Firm Rankings and Submissions:
• Collaborate with the marketing team and attorneys to ensure timely submission of the firm's applications for IP and legal directories.
• Prepare and review submission materials, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and compelling content.
• Stay up to date with submission deadlines and requirements to ensure the firm's participation in various industry rankings and accolades.
2. Client Meetings and Presentations:
• Proactively assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings, pitches, and presentations using firm templates.
• Conduct research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in their client interactions.
• Collaborate with attorneys to create visually engaging presentations and materials to effectively showcase the firm's capabilities and achievements.
3. Business Development Initiatives:
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic marketing and business development plans for Thailand services and Principals.
• Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities, conducting research on target industries and companies.
• Support the team in organizing local events, webinars, and seminars to enhance the firm's visibility and client engagement.
4. Coordination with Other Offices:
• Foster strong working relationships with colleagues in other offices to ensure cohesive business development and sales efforts across the firm.
• Coordinate and share relevant information with colleagues in other locations to enhance collaboration and cross-selling opportunities.
5. Market Intelligence:
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact the firm's business development strategies.
• Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing and business development team to support informed decision-making.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 30 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ direct experience.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant business development tools including CRM systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adept at building and maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and clients.
• Demonstrated analytical and research abilities to gather market intelligence
<Preferable Skills/Experience>
• Familiarity with intellectual property (IP) law and the legal industry is advantageous.
• Legal experience is a plus

• ความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Office Suite และเครื่องมือพัฒนาธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงระบบ CRM
