<Job responsibilities>
- A review of the competitive environment, strategic plans, recent and future financial performance, and assessing the value of businesses. Where required, the appraisal will include A view on the effectiveness of the existing management team.
- Lead assignment planning on behalf of the Group CEO/President of Corporate Services, including defining the scope of work, clearing any conflicts, all budgeting issues, and dealing with staff planning.
- Take Lead role in the preparation of deliverables including drafting all final proposals and reports to the Group CEO / President/Directors, drafting presentations to stakeholders, and assisting with the delivery of these and/or with presentations or discussions with the client.
- Ensure all detailed financial and commercial analysis is delivered, identifying key issues and potential areas of sensitivity and following these up with key management or Board Members as appropriate.
- Take responsibility for leading assignments, reporting to the Group CEO/President or Director, project managing the rest of the team, coordinating deliverables from teams tasked to deal with discreet aspects of assignments, communicating issues to the Group CEO/ Director, and driving the project to completion.
- Working with the business to secure better evaluation of the impact of potential management or investment decisions across the organization.
- Working with the Board and Group CEO to set annual objectives and performance targets for CPS in line with the overall priorities and its values.
- Working with the business to identify how CPS can deliver value for money, maximizing the use of existing assets and opportunities.
- Working across CPS, and the organization as A whole, to embed A culture of effective financial monitoring and accountability for spend and Ensure that the most effective processes, procedures, and systems are in place.
- Challenging ‘traditional thinking’, pursuing innovative solutions, and ensuring that CPS has the capacity to initiate and respond to change, including the delivery of efficiencies through shared services.
- Working with the business to secure better evaluation of the impact of potential management or investment decisions across the organization.
- Developing effective strategies and plans to Ensure the best use of resources and effective working patterns for staff.
- Ensuring that the delivery of all CPS meets the business needs and are consistent with Company’s policies.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance and or MBA or an appropriate professional qualification is essential.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEC / set requirements, JV, and M&A practices.
- Having experience 5 years as Company Secretary in Public Company Limited.
- Having experience to prepare report called One Report (56-1,56-2)
- Good command of English [Conversational high to business level use for daily communication with Malaysian report line, meeting, and presentation.
- Able to work independently with A high degree or professionalism
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- experience in mergers and acquisitions and other corporate.
