Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Import-export (both sea & air), cross border, customs clearance, container haulage shipment handling.
• Participate to standardized operational process and monitoring system to complete accurate shipment flow.
• Be a representative to deal with external/ internal parties; customers, government officers, vendors, coordinate with related division.
• Provide professional advice to Management, Sale & Business development and customer service team in China
• Recruit, setting target, coaching and performance monitoring of operation team.
• Monitor & control profit & loss of service provides including follow debt of company (AR)
• Summarize and prepare related reports to Management Team (China)
• Other tasks as assigned by Management team
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• นำเข้า-ส่งออก (ทั้งทางทะเลและทางอากาศ) การค้าข้ามแดน เดินพิธีการศุลกากร การจัดการขนส่งตู้คอนเทนเนอร์
• มีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการปฏิบัติงานที่ได้มาตรฐาน และติดตามระบบเพื่อให้กระบวนการจัดส่งถูกต้องแม่นยำ
• เป็นตัวแทนในการติดต่อกับบุคคลภายนอก/ภายใน ลูกค้า เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ ผู้ขาย และประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ให้คำแนะนำอย่างมืออาชีพแก่ฝ่ายบริหาร การขายและการพัฒนาธุรกิจ และทีมบริการลูกค้าในประเทศจีน
• ทำการรับสมัคร ตั้งเป้าหมาย ฝึกสอน และติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานของทีมงานปฏิบัติการ
• ติดตามและควบคุมผลกำไรและการขาดทุนของการบริการ รวมถึงติดตามหนี้ของบริษัท (AR)
• สรุปและจัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับทีมผู้บริหารคนจีน
• งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ฝ่ายบริหารมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years’ experiences in customer service from Logistics (3PL), Freight Forwarder.
• Working experience of sea-air, import-export operation, cross border, customs clearance, container haulage process.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and ability to build good relationship both internal and external.
• Able to do sale document such as Quotation, invoice etc.
• Conversational middle high level of English and Chinese
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Can join immediately is preferable.

• สามารถจัดทำเอกสารการขาย เช่น ใบเสนอราคา, ใบแจ้งหนี้ เป็นต้น
