Mold Engineer Manager (40K – 65K) (SDG-105801)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Follow up on production problems related to molds and plan solutions repair damaged molds.
• Contact and coordinate with the maker regarding ordering mold parts.
• Prepare test plan for new molds and new inserts.
• Create and control preventive maintenance plans for all molds.
• Transfer knowledge and experience the concept of systematically repairing molds for subordinates in order to create a strong and interchangeable team.
• Maintain ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards, including work safety. As determined by the company
• Follow policies, regulations, and environmental documents. and energy saving.
• Able to correctly write and read drawings for both molds and workpieces related to plastic injection work.
• Design and invent modern equipment and tools.
• Educate employees about correct production.
• Take care of 5S and safety in the work area.
• Understand and follow the policy. Rules and objectives of the company

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ติดตามปัญหาการผลิตที่เกี่ยวข้องกับแม่พิมพ์และวางแผนแนวทางแก้ไขซ่อมแซมแม่พิมพ์ที่เสียหาย
• ติดต่อและประสานงานกับผู้ผลิตเกี่ยวกับการสั่งชิ้นส่วนแม่พิมพ์
• เตรียมแผนการทดสอบสำหรับแม่พิมพ์ใหม่และเม็ดมีดใหม่
• สร้างและควบคุมแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันสำหรับแม่พิมพ์ทั้งหมด
• ถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์แนวคิดการซ่อมแม่พิมพ์อย่างเป็นระบบให้กับผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อสร้างทีมงานที่เข้มแข็งและแลกเปลี่ยนความเห็นกันได้
• รักษามาตรฐาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ IATF 16949 รวมถึงความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน ตามที่บริษัทกำหนด
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย กฎระเบียบ และเอกสารด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และการประหยัดพลังงาน

• ทำความเข้าใจและปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย กฎเกณฑ์และวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 38-50 years
• Male only
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or any related field
• At least 10 years working experience as Production or Engineering for mold/plastic injection in any industry.
• Management experience for 5 years as Supervisor - Manager level.
• Experience in Plastic injection process.
• Microsoft office / Auto CAD and others program related to draft and design.
• Advance conversation in low-Middle level of English.
• Be able to commute by yourself
• Working experience in Japanese mold design company is preferable.

• สามารถเดินทางได้ด้วยตัวเอง
• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในบริษัทออกแบบแม่พิมพ์ของญี่ปุ่นจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
