Duties & Responsibilities:
• Set department strategies in line with organizational goals
• Prepare an annual quality improvement plan (Quality Improvement)
• Conduct quality control activities to inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer requirements
• Manage goals, processes, budgets, personnel, and activities of the department

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's degree or other related fields.
• At least 5 years as QA, QC, Quality in any industry related to plastics part
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Assistant Manager to Manager level
• Have working in QMR, ISO9001, ISO14001 & IATF16949
• Conversational low-middle level of English
• Able to use MS Office program
• Experience work in packaging company is preferable
