Work details
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Understand automatic machines mold tool and characteristics of metal materials.
• Understand the supplier's production progress. Follow up on the order situation Able to respond quickly and efficiently to solve material problems or urgent customer needs.
• Work with the purchasing department to properly manage the warehouse. and work together with the finance department to be able to make payments fluently.
• Responsible for negotiating prices with suppliers. to get the best price Payment method and method of material delivery so that materials can be purchased according to specified quality.
• Responsible for evaluating and managing existing suppliers.
• Build good cooperation relationships with suppliers and maintain good relationships continuously.
• Recruiting new qualified suppliers.
• Collaborate with other departments to purchase materials and equipment.
• Other tasks as assigned.
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ทำความเข้าใจเครื่องมือแม่พิมพ์ของเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติและคุณลักษณะของวัสดุโลหะ
• ทำความเข้าใจความคืบหน้าการผลิตของซัพพลายเออร์ ติดตามสถานการณ์การสั่งซื้อ สามารถตอบสนองได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพในการแก้ไขปัญหาวัสดุหรือความต้องการเร่งด่วนของลูกค้า
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกจัดซื้อเพื่อจัดการคลังสินค้าอย่างเหมาะสม และทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการเงินเพื่อให้สามารถชำระเงินได้อย่างคล่องแคล่ว
• รับผิดชอบในการเจรจาราคากับซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่ดีที่สุด วิธีการชำระเงินและวิธีการจัดส่งวัสดุเพื่อให้สามารถซื้อวัสดุได้ตามคุณภาพที่กำหนด
• รับผิดชอบในการประเมินและจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีอยู่
• สร้างสัมพันธ์ความร่วมมือที่ดีกับซัพพลายเออร์และรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• สรรหาซัพพลายเออร์ที่มีคุณสมบัติเหมาะสมรายใหม่
• ร่วมมือกับแผนกอื่นๆ เพื่อจัดซื้อวัสดุและอุปกรณ์
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-40 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement in Manufacturing or Trading company.
• Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot table), other MS Office.
• Conversational middle to high level of English and Chinese.
• Can join immediately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineer field is preferable.
