Duties & Responsibilities:
• Reviews a company's manufacturing activities and provides recommendations to reduce tooling cost and improve setup times, material flows and cycle times
• Analyzes manufacturing data or process information, monitors surroundings or materials, makes decisions and solves complex problems.
• Identify non-value added activities and redesign the manufacturing process to eliminate these non-value added activities.
• Seek to minimize inventory, cycle time, system complexity, and unnecessary processing steps
• Focused on eliminating non-value added activities, reducing wasted effort, delays, and defects
• Responsible for the implementation of Lean Manufacturing system and coordinate with cross functional team.
• Other tasked as assigned.

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Male only
• Have Diploma in engineer field
• At least 2 years’ experience as Process or Production engineer in press mold process in automotive/machine manufacturer.
• Be able to read CAD design and knowledge of die, how to use measuring tools.
• Have own car or motorcycle for commuting.
• Advance conversation low of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineer field is preferred.
• Having experience in press stamping sheet mold is preferable.
