<Job responsibilities>
Legal Section:
- Provide legal advice, review and prepare required documentation and to ensure the Company interests are protected.
- Provide legal advice and support on all matters that may have an impact on the Company.
- Provide counsel on legal matters of Company policies and operating procedures, and to ensure conduct of the Company businesses are in conformity with applicable laws, regulations and guidelines.
- Manage and coordinate with external lawyers.
- Lead and participate in negotiating on legal matters with customers, business partners and regulators.
- Conduct legal research and keep abreast of all development and updates, in the relevant laws and regulations applicable to the Company’s business operations.
- Assist management in reviewing Company policies and procedures.
- Manage and undertake special projects as required.
Compliance Section:
- Ensure the Company is conducting its business in full compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies eg. AMLA, CTFA, foreign corrupt practices, anti- bribery and PDPA.
- Ensure to maintain valid registration and licenses required to conduct Company’s business operations.
- Formulate annual compliance program to promote compliance, compliance awareness and to Provide compliance training.
- Review and update the Company compliance policies in accordance with global policies and regulatory requirements.
- Report to the management on any areas of non-compliance with laws, regulations, guidelines, internal rules and policies of the Company.
- Work closely with the Corporation Group compliance Office on all matters pertaining to compliance.
Appointed and to carry out the functions/responsibilities of
1) Data Processing Officer (PDPA)
2) AMLO Reporting Officer
Company Secretary Section:
- Arrange and prepare relevant documents of shareholders’ meetings and board meetings in accordance with laws and regulations, Articles of Association, Shareholders’ Agreement and Board Charter.
Ad-Hoc Duties
- Projects to be assigned from time to time.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 37 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
- At least 10+ years experience of Legal & Compliance role in the Leasing or Financial industry.
- At least 5+ years experience of subordinate management.
- Strong experience and knowledge in AMLO and PDPA.
- Have Lawyer License.
- Good command of English.
