<Job responsibilities>
- Plan and control the operation of administrative work. Property registration all vehicles of the company
- Control work related to property insurance. accident work and employee’s life insurance.
- General welfare work such as cafeteria, housekeeping, security guards, annual travel, sports day, etc.
- Control work and contact with various government agencies involved.
- Control the work safety system. safety and environmental management
- Control public utility systems, water, wastewater, boilers, and air compressors.
- Control documents to meet ISO, TLS 8001 standards, etc.
- Support work, giving advice, and providing assistance to various departments.
- Control and supervise outsiders, subcontractors, and those working for the company.

<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- วางแผนและควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานธุรการ ทะเบียนทรัพย์สินรถยนต์ทุกคันของบริษัท
- ควบคุมงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกันภัยทรัพย์สิน อุบัติเหตุในการทำงานและประกันชีวิตพนักงาน
- งานสวัสดิการทั่วไป เช่น โรงอาหาร, งานแม่บ้าน, รปภ., การเดินทางประจำปี, วันกีฬาสี เป็นต้น
- ควบคุมการทำงานและติดต่อกับหน่วยงานราชการต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมระบบความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน การจัดการด้านความปลอดภัยและสิ่งแวดล้อม
- ควบคุมระบบสาธารณูปโภค น้ำ น้ำเสีย หม้อต้มน้ำ และเครื่องอัดอากาศ
- ควบคุมเอกสารให้ตรงตามมาตรฐาน ISO, TLS 8001 เป็นต้น
- สนับสนุนงาน ให้คำปรึกษา และช่วยเหลือหน่วยงานต่างๆ
- ควบคุมและกำกับดูแลบุคคลภายนอก ผู้รับเหมาช่วง และผู้ที่ทำงานให้กับบริษัท


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male , age 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's degree in administration or related field.
- 7 years' experience in GA field in manufacturing
- 5 years' experience in Management role
- Good command of English skill both verbal and written (to Communicate with Japanese management and documents)
- knowledge of Labour Protection Act, Labour Regulation and Act of skill development
- Strong knowledge for environment control standard ISO of manufacturing
- Qualified as an environmental manager, work safety leader.
<Preferable Skill / Experience >
・Good command of MS Office

- มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปี ในตำแหน่งผู้บริหาร
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดีทั้งพูดและเขียน (เพื่อสื่อสารกับผู้บริหารชาวญี่ปุ่นและเอกสาร)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงาน ระเบียบแรงงาน และพระราชบัญญัติพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน
- มีความรู้เป็นอย่างดีเกี่ยวกับมาตรฐานการควบคุมสิ่งแวดล้อม ISO ของการผลิต
- มีคุณสมบัติเป็นผู้จัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ผู้นำด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
