<Job responsibilities>
- Take care of, checking all accounting and Tax issue.
- Make journal voucher and key in for adjustment transaction, reverse, offset, book VAT, loo/gain from exchange rate.
- Closing account every quarter for consolidate with head office in Japan.
- Calculate corporate income Tax and half year tax.
- Support head office for Calculate and submit PE Tax (PERMANENT ESTABLISHMENTS Tax)
- Make all accounting details to support GL.
- Check payment voucher, transfer and bank details and Receive voucher.
- Bank issue such as time deposit, LC and bank guarantee.
- Coaching, review and supervise subordinates.
- Any Other assign from management and support your team


<ความรับผิดชอบในงาน>
- ดูแลตรวจสอบทุกปัญหาด้านบัญชีและภาษี
- จัดทำใบสำคัญบันทึกประจำวันและคีย์รายการปรับปรุง ย้อนกลับ ชดเชย บันทึกภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม เงิน/กำไรจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยน
- ปิดบัญชีทุกไตรมาสเพื่อรวมเข้ากับสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- คำนวณภาษีเงินได้นิติบุคคลและภาษีครึ่งปี
- สนับสนุนสำนักงานใหญ่ในการคำนวณและยื่นภาษี PE (ภาษีสถานประกอบการถาวร)
- ทำรายละเอียดทางบัญชีทั้งหมดเพื่อสนับสนุน GL
- ตรวจสอบใบสำคัญการชำระเงิน รายละเอียดการโอนเงินและธนาคาร และรับใบสำคัญ
- ปัญหาธนาคาร เช่น เงินฝากประจำ LC และการค้ำประกันของธนาคาร
- ฝึกสอน ทบทวน และกำกับดูแลลูกน้อง
- อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหารและสนับสนุนทีมของคุณ



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 43 - 50 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting field
- 10 years of experience in Accounting field (Current or Previous experience in Trading is required)
- Management with subordinates.
- Conversational high in English (internal Meeting, coordinate with group companies, documentations, email)
- CPD license and accounting closing experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Analytical skills with ability to work well under pressure within limited time frames.
- Honesty, good personality, good attitude.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Background experience in Audit field
- ERP named Glovia, SAP ‘s experience
- Familiar with IFRS for NPAE, corporate Tax, MOC and labor rules or regulations as well.

- การบริหารจัดการกับลูกน้อง
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (ประชุมภายใน, ประสานงานกับกลุ่มบริษัท, เอกสาร, อีเมล)
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านใบอนุญาต CPD และการปิดบัญชี
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน MS Excel
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ สามารถทำงานได้ดีภายใต้ความกดดันภายในกรอบเวลาที่จำกัด
-มีความซื่อสัตย์ บุคลิกภาพดี ทัศนคติที่ดี

- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบบัญชี
- ERP Glovia ประสบการณ์ของ SAP
- มีความคุ้นเคยกับ IFRS สำหรับ NPAE, ภาษีนิติบุคคล, MOC และกฎหรือข้อบังคับด้านแรงงาน
