วิศวกรผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ (HSK 4)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• New model development plan to achieve all customer requirement (APQP, FMEA, Tooling Preparation, Trial)
• Follow up new model development plan to achieve all customer requirement
• Evaluate new model development plan to achieve all customer requirement
• Prepare and sharing information for new product all concerning person to achieve all customer requirement (Kick off & Transfer project)
• Internal & External audit coordinate to achieve follow requirement
• Make Schedule supplier audit /Evaluation (Co-Purchasing)
• New model assembly part launch, Supplier Ranking less than target
• Summary Material rejection report and Review
• Receipt of customer claims, reporting of containment actions ,8D Reporting, Status of problem solving is tracked in the system -SQD system for WI, Route claim
• Supplier improvement (Kaizen Activity) as follows, Quality set up standard, Incoming inspection is standardized and documented, VE Cost Reduction, and Packing approval standard

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• กำหนดแผนการพัฒนาโมเดลใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุทุกความต้องการของลูกค้า (APQP, FMEA, การเตรียมเครื่องมือ, การทดลอง)
• ติดตามแผนการพัฒนาโมเดลใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุทุกความต้องการของลูกค้า
• ประเมินแผนการพัฒนาโมเดลใหม่เพื่อให้บรรลุทุกความต้องการของลูกค้า
• จัดเตรียมและแบ่งปันข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับบุคคลเพื่อให้บรรลุทุกความต้องการของลูกค้า (โครงการ Kick off & Transfer)
• ประสานงานการตรวจสอบภายในและภายนอกเพื่อให้บรรลุตามข้อกำหนด
• จัดทำกำหนดเวลาการตรวจสอบ / ประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ (การจัดซื้อร่วม)
• เปิดตัวชิ้นส่วนประกอบรุ่นใหม่, Supplier Ranking ต่ำกว่าเป้า
• สรุปรายงานการปฏิเสธวัสดุและการทบทวน
• รับข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า, รายงานการดำเนินการกักกัน, รายงาน 8D, สถานะของการแก้ปัญหาจะถูกติดตามในระบบ - ระบบ SQD สำหรับ WI, การเคลมเส้นทาง
• พัฒนาซัพพลายเออร์ (กิจกรรม Kaizen) ดังนี้ มาตรฐานการตั้งค่าคุณภาพ, การตรวจสอบขาเข้าเป็นมาตรฐานและจัดทำเป็นเอกสาร, การลดต้นทุน VE และมาตรฐานการอนุมัติการบรรจุ


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 23-30 years
• Any gender
• Bachelor’s degree of Engineer only.
• At least 2 years’ experience as Engineer any related field in manufacturing factory.
• Has knowledge of APQP, FMEA, 8D Reporting
• Advance conversation in middle-high level of Chinese. (Must have HSK 4 or higher)
• Advance conversation in middle level of English.
